this why i like pc...cuz if you have the money you can do wonders with games...witcher in 4k ultra details while consoles strugle to keep 30fps in medium-high in fullhd....
True, but if you buy hardware used you can get a pc that can play games at full hd at 30-60fps, more if you save the 300 you would've used to buy the console.
Wow. When Fury X was first released it was actually performing lower than 980Ti, and now its even beating Titan X(Maxwell) in almost every title except ROTR and ACU which are both heavily nvidia optimised. Great Work with the new drivers AMD. I'm impressed :)
I have to say i'm impressed by performance of Fury X , its has only 4GB of VRAM , and 500--600$ price tag , and still it fights with these 2x more expensive GPU`s..
relax you two, AMD had a card who had a good placement for gaming and workplace using their Vega and HBM2 memory chipset but well, it's your choice, AMD or Nvidia.
+incepter123 Yes we see it. If you look at Guru3D you constantly see the Fury X ahead of the 980 Ti as well and the Titan X in most cases nowadays. Obviously Nvidia marketing is in full effect and they aren't pointing out the AMD wins.
yup, i hated when people said the 960ti and titan X beat the fury X but they were so close in benchmarks that it didnt even matter, like the fury wasnt a good buy because of the VRAM if the card had more then 4 gigs of vram it would have sold more tbh since the performance is so close, and i have even seen fury X's recently for around 400 bucks
well, even though it is the best single card for games right now. it's now really meant for gaming, in my opinion, it's targeted for productivity/produtivity like it's Quadro counterpart. if you want that 60 fps 4k gaming, 1080 sli is an option.

No, not true. This is at STOCK speed, and all those games have AA turned on in them as they always do. I have a TITAN X and it overclockes to 2,025mhz and gets a massive boost in speed. You can easily get over 60fps in most games. In The Witcher 3 at 4K Ultra Settings i get around 70fps with an overclock.
titan xp . or 1080 sli easy 60fps 4k ... if you have a titan and you put 1 or 2 settings that cost alot of fps a little lower the game is still ultra and it's gonna get 60fps for sure
you buy a 1200USD of video card(s) to tone down settings ... just no! and in some cases it hovers around 40FPS, going from 40 to 60 is a lot more than a few settings as for SLI .... meh!
turn aa off and dial some useless settings back and you'll never be able to tell the difference at 4k AND you'd get over 60 fps. Sometimes having everything on ultra other than FOR bragging rights is silly anyway.
Chur Expect next year man... We have Hbm2 coming from amd in 2017. In 16gb quantities.. Nvidia and Amd are releasing cards around 24gb of hbm2 and GDDR6 late 2017. The new architectures are arriving soon. This will most likely increase demand for better 4k monitors come 2018 and 19..
Digital Foundry, can you do a run through, with something like MSI Afterburner, that would show us how much the Titan XP is being bottlenecked by CPU's at the current moment. I want to see % of CPU being utilized, and % of GPU being utilized. Others have noted that the Titan XP cannot be fully utilized, because CPU's have not kept up in their progressions of speed/IPC. What say you ?
+Sophie Sykes Which will be unlikely to be able to compete considering a $1200 price point for the Titan X Pascal. Seriously, do you Nvidia people not care about your money? Why not just donate your money to Nvidia for free if you care so little about value?
***** It will not be in the $700 range. That's such wishful thinking it's not funny. The FE 1080 was 699... in what world will a more powerful card than the 1080 be released at an MSRP of 700? I'll tell you. Not this one. Expect the 1080ti to be in the 850-950 range. Otherwise it will cut into the Titan X Pascal sales and any less and it will cut into the 1080 sales. And if any company hates to cannibalise its own sales, it's Nvidia.
***** Doubtful. You are still think as though we're in the Maxwell generation and it's that sort of thinking that's causing such surprise when a 1080 is priced as high as the 980ti was last gen. All 10XX series cards are about 20% more expensive than their Maxwell counterparts so expect the 1080ti to be in the $900+ region.
Fury X handly out performing Titan X Maxwell in DX12 is pretty crazy. I think it'd be a good idea if you can find a fury x on CL to pick one up. Guy is selling me two for 500 bucks.
why does the graph show better fps and frametimes for the fury x in unity, but the fps counter always says the fps are lower on the fury x compared to the Maxwell Titan?
DF already has a video on that. The gains are impressive, but it's really nothing to get excited about unless you only play the few games that currently support it.
Do you think its worth for me getting another rx 480 8gb for 240$ for ( xfire ) or just getting a Fury X for 300 $ . Im going to do gaming on 4k , im trying to see what will get me the most fps at 4k
well guys i have a question: i have been wanting to upgrade my r9 fury flashed to fury x full shaders unlocked for two cards and running in crossfire. all the game i have been playing they dont give me any problems at all. until i installed rise of tomb raider and playing it at 4K and everything maxed out. Here is a thing, setting "very high" for texture details in the option i get a warning it required at least 6GB+. In this case the fury doesn't have enough vram and the game have stutter fps and fps dip when i rotate the camera to look around. This is my problem and I am hunting to upgrade to titan x maxwell or 980 ti or gtx 1070. Should I make a horizontal upgrade for more rams? or just forget it, it is just one game giving me problem not worth the hassle and money??
So curious but does anyone notice this, titan x maxwell 384 bit bus, 12 Gbgddr5, 320+ Gb bandwidth, much like the Xbox one X...? Similiar in performance besides the CPU, its wat the X could have been...?
this frames show that it is still not time to fully utilize 4k resolution. i think the guy who pays this much for gpu should get an asus predator qwhd monitor and enjoy playing at 3440x1440 resolution around 80-100 fps.
So curious but does anyone notice this, titan x maxwell 384 bit bus, 12 Gbgddr5, 320+ Gb bandwidth, much like the Xbox one X...? Similiar in performance besides the CPU, its wat the X could have been...
For someone new to game development and wants to build a system with longevity but also practically in mind, should I go for the Titan Pascal or GTX 1080? Although then again, considering that I want a build for longevity also, is it worth while to invest in the Titan Pascal now, if it will become somewhat of an industry standard in the nearish future?) The expertise of the PC community would be greatly appreciated :)
No 4K Ultra 60fps yet :-( Wait for another gen or Vega... This is the fastest card alone, but is the second expensive card in the world. The Radeon Pro Duo is 100$ or more expensive and less powerfull. If SLI 1080 runs 4K 60fps, Pascal Titan X go further than 80fps....on Ultra!!! But alone, not yet prepared...
Lol. My R9 Fury Nitro with 4GB HMB can do 52fps in 4K nightmare and my 980 Ti G1 Gaming too. Almost 56fps. 60fps constant is not very impresive in 4K for me, but can't mantain always 60fps with my cards. And only doom. I say that no one card can do 60fps in 4K in ALL titles. Try Batman Arkham Knight at 4K All max and Mankind Didided at 4K ULTRA....and we can talk again :-)
U4Real? Considering we have Titan XP benchmark, I got curious why don't we get ProDuo, both pf these meant to be gaming GPUs as well as workbench GPUs. But fine then , let's hope DF will get hands on SSG
theTOOLshed1 Still just a prototype usibg Polaris 10, but already it's said to jump from rendering 17 frames per second to 30, with possibility of 90. That's saying something
MirelGaming Well anyone that's going to buy a Titan XP has more money than brains, it doesn't really do anything new. If you're on the professional side you'd buy an SSG. If you're on the enthusiast gaming side you'd just sli 2 1080s. As there aren't many games that'd have crossfire or sli support unless you play games from 2010 or you like Ubi's optimized messes. It's reall up to Nvidia as all DX12 and vulkan games will support crossfire by default
so i buy a titan x pascal and an i7 6700k, try the division maxed out on 4k and it gives me 20 fps once i see the first in game smoke and fire. yea just imagine..
Well this is ALMOST 4K graphic card. What we have here is kinda paradox. You can't play most newest AAA games in 1080P with constant 144+ frames if you, off course, have 144hz monitor, which would make sense if you go for this card and 1080P resolution, cause it's simply not that powerful (for AC Unity, AC Syndicate, Crysis 3, Division, GTA 5, Rise of the tomb rider and other major newer AAA titles). In 4K with this card framerate usually go bellow 60, so it's not as smooth as it should be. Off course, with this card you'll be calm in two or two and half years with 1080P and (possibly) 1440P 60FPS gaming, but I somehow thought this card would be a solution for 1080P 144FPS+ and/or 4K 60FPS+, but it's still not happening. Next Nvidia best graphics card will, hopefully, grant that.
can anyone help me: i am trying to build a high end rig. i've always wanted one, i have money now. i want to be able to play games at 4k. i'll definitely be playing gta v, no mans sky, rainbow 6, fallout, the division and maybe tomb raider, witcher 3 and then some sport games. do you think i could run games like that at 4k close to 60fps with: Intel Core i7 6850K 3.6Ghz 6-Core Broadwell-E CPU Corsair 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (2x8GB) Kit Dominator Platinum Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming Water Cooling or should i get the titan x pascal? or could i sli 1070? or can i sli those aftermarket 1080's? (sorry i have no idea lol)
Please upload at 4k. I don't even care that it's only 30fps at that resolution. At the 1080 bit rate most of the benchmarks game just look like a blurry mess.
PC gaming already had that with an oc'd 980ti. What PC gaming just got is the above PLUS ultra /very high settings across the board. The 980ti's would run 4k 60fps if you mix normal and high settings. But not very high or ultra. Personally I play 4k/60 with shadows on normal and no AA or any blur or ambient occlusion effects. Then leave the rest of the options on high. And ran 90% of the games in my steam library at 4k/60fps with one 980ti. OC'd of course, @1.5ghz core & 7.8ghz memory. And the other 10% of the games were CPU bound. While this titan is the strongest GPU out now, a 980ti is $500 - $600 at most - brand new on eBay - and this titan cost literally twice as much and then some =-0 I think they should take the titan Pascal and drop 4gb of vram & $400 off the price and call it a 1080ti with 8gb vram. All else will stay the same anyway. The 980tinis basically a titan maxwell with 6gb vram instead 12gb.
Consoles are wonderful. I love them. But I don't play them anymore. I let children, casuals, and half wits take care of that. PC gaming is a whole 'nother world, son. Now man up.
Nvidia doesn't normally increase performance in drivers as much as AMD does, plus they'll get around to degrading performance. Anyway you'll see improvements on the new 1080ti to come.
+Patriot 03 Are you on drugs? lmao. AMD *NEVER* increases performance with drivers, it's Nvidia who almost ALWAYS has a ~5% increase per major WHQL driver update, while AMD is content to offer nothing but bug fixes every few months when they see fit to release a driver at all. lol.....
This $1200 card is also working hard for 60 FPS in 4K. Now how will Xbox one scorpio will do. 4K may be dream for us. Without proper FPS it will sucks just like Xbox one and PS4 with no good FPS. Just give us good FPS in 1080p or 1440p.
Why they make a graphics card that delivers about 20-50fps more, and a fucking price of 1600$? like the 1080 is about 500bucks and is near the same , they only want money
1.199$ to be precise and its ~30% faster than your gtx 1080. + Oc'ed it can reach ~60 in almost all games. So here you have the reason why people with deep pockets buy it.
...and Sony people think an underclocked RX 480 can deliver 4K gaming
Who gives a fuck about 4k on a console... 1080p/1440p@60fps should be the new standard for both the Neo and the Scorpio.
It can if the not on ultra settings.
4k 30fps on medium/high settings
Nobody at Sony promises 4K gaming. Neo hasn't even been announced yet. But they promise better looking games, more stable framerate and 4K for video.
ya sony didnt say it will do 4k gaming ms said that. I dont want 4k I want 1080 60 ultra
this why i like pc...cuz if you have the money you can do wonders with games...witcher in 4k ultra details while consoles strugle to keep 30fps in medium-high in fullhd....
dont even think its full hd, but 900p, correct me if im wrong
yeah but consoles are 299. Pascal is like one thousand dollars, no?
lmao. dude here comparing $2000 vs $249 hardware.
You wrote it out yourself if you have the money.
These are at stock clocks, we all know that 980ti/titan Xm OC shits on Fury X OC.
+asdfghjk look at the performance improvements they made. dont fanboy here
Manuj Mittal I'm not fanboying, despite the improvements it still fails compared to the 980ti and titan x, which is a damn shame.
+asdfghjk lol cant u see the graphs in here ? plus DX12 and Vulkan performance ? Async Compute ? AMD fail or fanboying? pity
+asdfghjk yeah but you can also oc the fury x dumbass
Damn, 60+ fps on W3 on 4K.
cant even run it at 60fps on all low settings @1080 with my shitty 760 lol
+barfyman362 I'm satisfied with my Asus Strix R9 390X....Much Power cunsuption but anyways an awesome card
Gabriel Franz Ok...?
Fuddy Duddy it is just based on your 760 😉
Gabriel Franz My 760?
I have to say i'm impressed by performance of Fury X , its has only 4GB of VRAM , and 500--600$ price tag , and still it fights with these 2x more expensive GPU`s..
I dont think so , i think its slower in 4k , because it has G5 memory..
Cause AMD still didn't launch their best card yet and Fury X is the best of AMD card than RX 480
The card can fight with 2 out of the 3 more expensive cards. But be honest here, against the titan pascal it gets crushed lol
+Brian Jules 10/10 comment. seriously that guy was literally oozing Nvidia fanboy
relax you two, AMD had a card who had a good placement for gaming and workplace using their Vega and HBM2 memory chipset
but well, it's your choice, AMD or Nvidia.
Is nobody else seeing that the Fury X, is matching Titan X performance?
Its not meant to compete with the new one, its an old card...
It's quite impressive tbh, if only they could of released it with this much refinement then it would've sold better.
+incepter123 Yes we see it. If you look at Guru3D you constantly see the Fury X ahead of the 980 Ti as well and the Titan X in most cases nowadays. Obviously Nvidia marketing is in full effect and they aren't pointing out the AMD wins.

well sure if you deem on average the fury x is behind 20 fps. Sure... yea.. it is matching it.
It's pretty sad that a 1200$ card cannot maintain 60fps@4k.
Depends which games
For that price, any game should be able to do it.
David Lagnado Get a fucking 1080 then
well, even though it is the best single card for games right now. it's now really meant for gaming, in my opinion, it's targeted for productivity/produtivity like it's Quadro counterpart. if you want that 60 fps 4k gaming, 1080 sli is an option.
well, it's not meant for average gamers even tough it's the best single card for games right now, it's meant for professional use like it's quadro counterpart
It's interesting to see that not even Titan X 2016 is capable of getting a MINIMUM of 60 FPS consistently across all games maxed out in 4K, without any MSAA/SSAA.
We'll have to wait for Volta and Navi, and even the we might only get close to 60fps minimums in current games.
Who knows how more demanding games will become in the next year or two.
No, not true. This is at STOCK speed, and all those games have AA turned on in them as they always do. I have a TITAN X and it overclockes to 2,025mhz and gets a massive boost in speed. Rip titan x maxwell users
unless you have 10 of them in sli
Us Maxwell Titan users have been resuscitated by the Pascal Titan X. Thanks for the concern though.
u mad brah
ayaloza05 Mad enough to go buy 2 of them things and put them in SLI lol
Kappa
so ... UHD gaming @60 still not a thing
Give it another year or two.
If you're okay not maxing out games, you could get a stable 60 in most games I bet.
titan xp . or 1080 sli easy 60fps 4k ... if you have a titan and you put 1 or 2 settings that cost alot of fps a little lower the game is still ultra and it's gonna get 60fps for sure

as for SLI .... meh!
Hopefully Volta architecture in 2018 will change things.
where can i find the exact graphical settings you used for the benchmark runs ?
I wish u would have put the gtx 1070 in the list.. I suspect its jsut follow under the 1080 but higher then the old Titian x
xbox scorpio take easy 8k and 120 frame for hour.
per*
per hour XD
It would be nice to see 4k tests of these cards in OC
At $1200 if this can't do 4K 60fps at ultra on everything it seems pointless other than bragging rights.
nothing can do 4k at 60fps on ultra, not till a few years, point is this card does is faster than anything at the moment
But overclocked with the full GP102 size it could run The Division maxed out at 60fps in average.
Szaimen Well then we are almost at a time when we can play 4k at 60fps wooo! :)
turn aa off and dial some useless settings back and you'll never be able to tell the difference at 4k AND you'd get over 60 fps. Sometimes having everything on ultra other than FOR bragging rights is silly anyway.

that Fury X performance is pretty impressive.
That Fury X has some insane Frame time dips
rise of the tomb raider 70 fps? are there even 4K 120hz monitors out there?
soon
dell UP3017Q, 4k 30 inch 120hz OLED display. it is there, but the price, idunwannatacoboutit
There are some already.
Titan X is waaaaaay overpriced. AMD needs to bring the heat to them.
+Sophie Sykes Which will be unlikely to be able to compete considering a $1200 price point for the Titan X Pascal. Seriously, do you Nvidia people not care about your money? Why not just donate your money to Nvidia for free if you care so little about value?
That's the badboy I'm waiting for, hopefully it's comparable to the Titan XP the way the 980ti was to the Titan X
literally bring the heat

watch again, the graphs are accurate, remember, left is actual fps and right is overall average fps during the scenes
I would really love to see CPU utilization in 4k with these games and titan x
What comes next? 5k benchmarks, 8k benchmarks?
the matrix
5K gets benchmarked occasionally. No one has a 5k monitor though 4k is slowly going mainstream.
wow 4k is possible now I'm really impressed good job man btw I'm a ps4 user.
I don't know which one is better, the Titan X or the Titan X ? I thought the Titan X but the Titan X is very expensive and the Titan X is older.
You didn't tell us the pascal Titan hits 85C under load.
i want to see the fury x on vulcan vs the other cards
DF already has a video on that. The gains are impressive, but it's really nothing to get excited about unless you only play the few games that currently support it.
But it is absolutely something to be excited about, since the next lineup of AAA games will be DX12/Vulkan.
doom 4k 60 fps on fury x. DF has a video about that
Please include 1 percentile avg and 0.1 percentile avg
Would be good if you uploaded the 4k footage on the new GPU.....
so it gives about 10-12 FPS more than a 1080, but it costs 600$ more.
The Titan has never been a value card. It is for people who want the best of the best.
USMAN HUSSAIN YAY CAPS LOCK LET'S ALL YELL
Àlex Gil That's his point though. 20-25% better performance, 100% more expensive.
+MercilessHobo It's called profit margins. Companies always have higher profit margins on their enthusiast grade gear because the volumes are so low.
theTOOLshed1 I am aware. I am just clarifying what the OPs issue was.
Àlex Gil Are you on drugs? None of that made any sense whatsoever.
is this a founders 1080?
4k, getting even closer and closer to becoming playable finally. Maybe not now, but soon.
Can you guys test Quadro P6000 and test it with the Titan Xp need to see how much performance difference is between them.
Can you link the cards?
Finally stable 60fps@4K gaming.
yes ;)
Not for all games and paying 1200$ for this isn't that good in terms of price-performance... Waiting for the next generation. :(
I think the performance increase will be higher then the requierments for better graphics. Another die shrink and HBM2 should do it.
***** Good old days.
***** You can change the graphics settings for improve the frame rate. Stable 60fps is possible at 4K resolution, but the price...meh.

DarkSoulz More powerful card > two cards in SLI. Always.
The Fury X is doing really good considering it was having a hard time with the 980 ti awhile back
Can you make a Titan X (pascal) vs a Titan X SLI (Maxwell), please?
bart, me estan vendiendo una gtx 980 y una rx 480 por el mismo precio, cual deberia comprar
jeeeez fury x is basically a titan x at way less the price. cant wait for vega.
well guys i have a question: i have been wanting to upgrade my r9 fury flashed to fury x full shaders unlocked for two cards and running in crossfire. all the game i have been playing they dont give me any problems at all. until i installed rise of tomb raider and playing it at 4K and everything maxed out. Ca you guys Benchmark Square Enix Final Fantasy 15 PC Engine on these cards
Can you upload 4K 60fps videos
How much better is the i7 6700k versus the i5 4690k quad core? And also if I upgraded to a Titan X would I need a better CPU to go with it?
Around 5%, no you need not, supposingly i5 are better than i7 in gaming any way.
So curious but does anyone notice this, titan x maxwell 384 bit bus, 12 Gbgddr5, 320+ Gb bandwidth, much like the Xbox one X...? Similiar in performance besides the CPU, its wat the X could have been...?
that is awesome to see the fury X is now beating the Titan X
+Cancer :(
kyle bachman u wot m8, u t8 my b8 m8,
kyle bachman have a good day :D
+Cancer I don't even know what that means but have a good day too
kyle bachman ^^
Can't wait for the GTX 1080 Ti!
Titan X starts age of 4k gaming on one card, great
this frames show that it is still not time to fully utilize 4k resolution. i think the guy who pays this much for gpu should get an asus predator qwhd monitor and enjoy playing at 3440x1440 resolution around 80-100 fps.

Wait till 1080ti, early 2017, almost same specs just few hundreds $ cheaper.
this is good performance for a founder's edition if i was going to buy a titanx i would go for the aftermarket model like EVGA or MSI
the explosion at the end brought all graphics cards below 20fps, man crisis on pc is insane...puff
No 4K Ultra 60fps yet :-(
Wait for another gen or Vega...
I am getting 60fps in doom on my titan x pascal in 4k with only 1 card. That is with ultra settings max AA and everything nightmare detail.
Performance wise it's all nice and wonderful! But the price isn't justified whatsoever.
Oh and I also wonder, where is Radeon ProDuo?
That card isn't meant for gaming as it's $1600
U4Real? Considering we have Titan XP benchmark, I got curious why don't we get ProDuo, both pf these meant to be gaming GPUs as well as workbench GPUs. But fine then , let's hope DF will get hands on SSG
+MirelGaming SSG is Polaris 10
theTOOLshed1 Still just a prototype usibg Polaris 10, but already it's said to jump from rendering 17 frames per second to 30, with possibility of 90.
Do this again without AA and be prepared to be amazed
I expect the Next Gen Titan X will be more than capable of running 4k.
hoping the 490 will be any good
why the fuck do you have AA on in the crysis 3 4k benchmark? XD
IT'S 4K! you dont NEED AA at that resolution LOL
I have a 4k Monitor, but only a 980. The most games i can only play with 30 FPS at medium settings. :/
so i buy a titan x pascal and an i7 6700k, try the division maxed out on 4k and it gives me 20 fps once i see the first in game smoke and fire. yea just imagine..
4k 60fps gaming is here! Think about next gen gpu, maybe volta gtx 1180>Titan X Pascal.
With that price tag it should be 100fps gaming :)
60FPS? Too low. When a Titan plays games at 4K 240hz I'll buy it.
lol
420 FPS * Card runs so hot YOU BLAZE IT
+Cossack-HD that is one of the most dank comments I've ever heard
TITAN X P + 30% speed - $600 = ultimate 4K videocard
finally 4k ultra 60fps.Rip consoles
+Ship ikr
It's expensive to run 4k at this time. I'll wait in a few years to build a new rig when it becomes more affordable.
Jesus christ it's a fucking MONSTER!
can anyone help me:
i am trying to build a high end rig. i've always wanted one, i have money now. i want to be able to play games at 4k. i'll definitely be playing gta v, no mans sky, rainbow 6, fallout, the division and maybe tomb raider, witcher 3 and then some sport games. do you think i could run games like that at 4k close to 60fps with:
Intel Core i7 6850K 3.6Ghz 6-Core Broadwell-E CPU
Corsair 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (2x8GB) Kit Dominator Platinum
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming Water Cooling
or should i get the titan x pascal? or could i sli 1070? or can i sli those aftermarket 1080's? (sorry i have no idea lol)
Please upload at 4k. I don't even care that it's only 30fps at that resolution. At the 1080 bit rate most of the benchmarks game just look like a blurry mess.
looks like ill br getting more than one titan
And for whatever reason, DF is YET to introduce DOOM with Vulkan in its testing.
Because AMD tramples Nvidia, when the Nvidia fanboys told us all just weeks ago that Nvidia would have a HUGE lead in the vulkan API.
It's actually because Vulkan doesn't support FCAT yet, so yeah...
John They've done a few videos previously, where they got around it. All they need to do is run the same test with the new cards.
The specifically stated that it was due to lack of Fcat support. No mystery here.
Cheatin Chad excuses excuses.
Ofcause it cant do 4k... even the new titan xp have a hard time, costing 4 times as much.
r9 fury x is cheaper than the 1070, great value
Crysis 3 is one bitch of a game. Being 3 years old couldn't even meet the 60fps mark on a 1200$ Titan XP
PC gaming just got 4k 60fps allowed on a single GPU.
f*cking awesome.
While this titan is the strongest GPU out now, a 980ti is $500 - $600 at most - brand new on eBay - and this titan cost literally twice as much and then some =-0
I think they should take the titan Pascal and drop 4gb of vram & $400 off the price and call it a 1080ti with 8gb vram. All else will stay the same anyway. The 980tinis basically a titan maxwell with 6gb vram instead 12gb.
+ik1llpeeple4fun i meant ultra 4k with 60fps
Sony and Microsoft are going to play the card they always played render at a lower resolution and upscale to 4k and say look we have a 4k console
4k 60fps gaming is getting closer and closer...
People keep talking about 1080ti like it's 100% going to even happen. I have my doubts, but we'll see.
+Sophie Sykes
In like 2 years haha
buy a $400 console
play the newest games for a decade
at a whooping 720p 20-30 fps low settings.
+FellTheSky
more like 900p 30 fps at medium settings
+Yuuri Gatsby lol 900p
Consoles are wonderful. I love them.
But I don't play them anymore. I let children, casuals, and half wits take care of that.
PC gaming is a whole 'nother world, son. Now man up.
Do you guys know any card that is 10 years old and still capable of running games?
Amd should be a shame of them selfs for releasing the fury x i really think the 4gb limit it over all performance
The Titan X Pascal is only going to get more powerful with new driver versions ;-)
Nvidia doesn't normally increase performance in drivers as much as AMD does, plus they'll get around to degrading performance.
Anyway you'll see improvements on the new 1080ti to come.
Well, until Volta releases.
+Patriot 03 Are you on drugs? lmao. AMD *NEVER* increases performance with drivers, it's Nvidia who almost ALWAYS has a ~5% increase per major WHQL driver update, while AMD is content to offer nothing but bug fixes every few months when they see fit to release a driver at all. lol.....
_"AMD NEVER increases performance with drivers"_
rigggggghhhhtttttttt.
TheScaleless 290x over 50% improvement since launch day.
FuryX over 40% improvement over launch day.
780 ti, down 28% since launch day.
I'll take 2 please =/
I wonder, why add the maxwell titan, just for the laughs? The 980ti and 1070 already beat that card.
+Sophie Sykes an overclocked 980ti beats an overclocked 1070, they both beat a Titan.
Except Witcher 3, not much of a difference. If AA is turned off then GTX 1080 is enough for the time being.
This $1200 card is also working hard for 60 FPS in 4K. Now how will Xbox one scorpio will do. 4K may be dream for us. Without proper FPS it will sucks just like Xbox one and PS4 with no good FPS. Just give us good FPS in 1080p or 1440p.
And I'm here sitting with a GT 740M...
TL;DW
DX11 : New Titan X > 1080 > Old Titan X = Fury X
DX12: New Titan X > 1080 > Fury X > Old Titan X
New Titan X is king. Nothing new here.
xD
My dual 1070's does better than the pascal titan. And to let you know they both liquid cooled.
Under 420 views club.
Now i know how powerfull ia 1080ti
wait for 1080Ti = titan x pascal cheaper
This video is rated +18(,000 dollars a year).
Fury X2 with HBM2 will shit all over these cards next year and for half the price of the titan x pascal, yah i'll be waiting.........
They say that everytime.
oh look it's one of those AMDumbasses.
Volta will shit all over shitty fury with proper async compute
4k is stupid the frame rates are way too low
