And yes all you need is a prayer mat and Quran, but there's no harm in decorating your room and getting into the Ramadan vibes and spirit, clean and decorated room helps people worship even more and with a clean mind.

I think you should start by yourself and focus on ibadat instead of watching youtube videos! There is nothing wrong with decorating our places Ramdan! you can always practice ibadat in a decorated place... it will only make you happy and grateful for what you have.
