I know the elements, stems, day master, all this is part of a very old system, but what about all these pioneer, director, artist, etc. stuff? I've never seen those descriptions used anywhere else
As a fellow student of Bazi(learning from another master), it is pretty obvious to me that his ideas are based on the traditional school of Bazi. There are 5 elements, and there are 5 structures, wink, wink. Thinking each element representing a structure? nah, not that simple. He is using the relationship of the 7 other words (excluding the Day master) vs your day master in your Bazi / chart to determine a person's structure. 官殺 = manager; 食傷 = creators; 印梟 = thinkers, 財才 = supporters, 比劫 = connectors. I have no clue how he weigh the impact of each of the 7 words. I guess every school of Bazi had their own way of doing so. How he decide if you are on the unhealthy side of effect etc? No clue. But in the mainstream of Bazi, going to extremes are USUALLY not good, while the "best" are those who have an equal distribution of everything. But hey, Joey might have found a way to utilize and analyze Bazi different from the tradition / mainstream way.
I am so ANNOYED with Joey's OFTEN interjection of OK in his speech. for every sentence he utters, he ALWAYS adds ok at the end and it annoys me very much. he should correct himself of this bad habit of his.

look at the 5 structures the at the bottom you can see whats your main structure is
hello!! Can you be a mixture of these structure? I have noticed there are traits from at lease 3 of the structures.
you can. see the percentages in each of the profile. the higher the number the higher correlation to that trait.
so interesting however with the nose thing now days you can't really tell,, everyone has surgeries especially in Colombia LOL
