Welcome back. Little brother’s got some esoteric taste. Dunno if he gave you the best of Ito’s work (that’s probably the anthology “Uzumaki” or the short story “The Enigma of Amigara Fault”) but I’m glad you stepped out of your comfort zone to share that experience with your little brother and the rest of your audience. I’ve been considering reading “yokohama kaidashi kikou” which is a manga about a robot girl who runs a cafe during a peaceful apocalypse. I personally can’t recommend it quite yet (because I haven’t read it myself) but from what I hear, it’s very comfy and a fun little read. There’s a chance YKK may appeal to you more. But yeah, thanks for the new video, hope all is well in your world
Hey buddy! So happy to hear from you. My brother bought the first two books just because of the book covers and they were never his favorites when he actually read them :)) He did recommend Uzumaki too, but I didn't choose it because I wanted to start with one shots, not series. But I may read Uzumaki some day, especially now that both of you are recommending it. Thank you for the YKK recommendation. I checked it out on goodreads and it sounds cozy and fun. It's now on my TBR list. Wish you all the best.
