    My next project is to can tamales. I made 100 plus for my Florida family, my family lives all over fla. They love them but I want to try to can them. I made the red tamale red sauce out of the pepper pods and I’ll use that in the meat. And masa

    Great tutorial. Do you have (or will you have) a video of how you prepare the wings after taking them out of the jars?

      I can certainly do that. I just throw them in the air fryer. They come out tender and a little crispy on the outside depending on how crispy you like them. They don’t need long in the air fryer since they are room temp and not frozen.

    UGH! The sound of that metal whisk scraping against your non-stick pan! Makes me wince.
