I see a lot of other non-Hmong channels does it. It's what's called a teleprompter. The person on camera had people wrote the stories for them then they just read it off a screen. May doesn't record herself on video telling the stories so it's even easier to hide the fact that she's just reading it.
It's one of the more boring stories.
