I have to tell you (because I am here in Hawaii) when I was a teenager, my step-dad bought a checker cab limousine. It was horrible. Gigantic. Old and funky. Hard to drive and impossible to park. It could hold an entire teenage party group... and it did. 🎉
The Halloween tarot in a tin has been my on-the-go deck this month, it's such a solid RWS reader while also being fully committed to the halloween aesthetic, I love it. A What We Do In The Shadows deck would be so much fun! Tarot and Psychology is definitely one I need to check out, sounds so up my street. Loved seeing this revamp of your tag! 🎃👻🕸
It's such a great deck! It always makes me smile and I just love the old school Halloween style of it. Tarot and Psychology is definitely worth checking out. I have the Jung and Tarot book as well but I've not read that one yet, despite it being on my shelf for years! Thank you for watching Sylvie. x
Loved this, Kelly Bear! Thank you for reminding me to pull my Del Toro tarot out of my cauldron and freaking use it!! And, again, I have to agree because I love him so much, Doug Jones is just so dreamy. ♥️
@@lilpinkbear phew! I was as worried!!!! I call my dog pumpkin, too!!!! Great video! Im preparing a VR……. It’s just that I don’t really have spooky decks! But I’ll think of some! 🧡🖤🧡
I have the book for the Bohemian Gothic and it's helpful in many ways. It speaks to the art and gives regular interpretations and dark interpretations. There are alot of inspiration photos and clips from various gothic tales. I was glad to have it with the deck.
I loved this video Kelly Bear, such a great hashtag! I have and love that Deviant Moon book to use with the deck. I really enjoy the guide book in the Zombie Tarot...which is one of my spooky decks that I'm using for October card draws.🧛♀🧟♀👹💀😈
This is so fantastic, loved hearing all your spooky choices! Electric Hearse would be a brilliant band name if it isn’t already, with their debut EP “Solar Powered Cauldron”
Love your shirt. What a classic hokey movie, it's always a fun watch. Really a fun video, thanks Kelly. I want a decapitation candle, now I have to go search. Need to find a big Cauldron for my desk too. For Halloween movies have you ever seen Fright Night, the 1985 movie not the 2011 crap one? Chris Sarandon and Roddy McDowall, a great kind of high school movie with a high charisma Vampire. One of my always watch movies at Halloween.
Thank you! So hokey but such a classic, like you say. I saw the MST3K crew riff live over it some years back at a show here in London, it was such a treat! And the OG Fright Night is also a classic! I finally got around to watching the 2011 version last year, it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be but it wasn't a patch on the original.
The Shadowland Tarot has been showing up for me for months now in various places, and even moreso at this time of year of course, so I think I'll be treating myself to that one for Yuletide. I bought the Kindle edition of the Rosengarten book back in July but had forgotten about it, so thank you for reminding me! I've moved it to the top of my TBR. I agree about the Deviant Moon book and not just that it's a heavy tome; it's a fascinating look at Valenza's thought processes and inspirations and, as you say, much more insightful than the LWB. And finally...cool t-shirt! 😎
Hi Keith! Ooh, that's interesting, Shadowland is calling you! I should really check out the Rosengarten book again becuase it's been so long and I think I read pretty differently now, especially since learning to read pip decks. Valenza certinaly has an interesting mind and imagination, it's clear that the spooky and strange has captivated him since a young age, I really enjoyed getting a peek into that, as well as his process. There are still a bunch of his decks I would love to get. And thank you! I think it's my favourite tee.
Also forgot to mention that in Portlandia, the weirdos hearse breaks down when they are trying to go to the beach. They are unable to rent one so they settle for a car that came back at midnight. Reminded me of this episode when you were talking about hearse cars. So cool!!
A What we do in the shadows deck would be amazing 🙌
100% I'd love to see it.

I really love the Anne Rice book, the Witching Hour. It is as scary as any cauldron of deadly potion. ☠️
That sounds awecome!
Cauldron🎃👻🧛♀️🕸️🕷️ Really interesting! Thanks Kelly!

Yes! Enjoy your Del Toro Tarot. I love mine, I enjoy the fact that I can link the meanings to the stories and characters.
Love this for spooky season 😊👻🎃
Hi Kelly! It's been a while. Good to see you. Loved your video
Thank you kindly! Glad you enjoyed the video, thank you for watching.
So much fun and such good choices!! Had to do a VR to this one. ❤
Oh yay! Gotta love the spooky season spin.
Cauldron! Hahahaha. I have to do this tag!
Let me know if you do and I will add your video to the playlist! Thank you for watching. x
Oh yay!!!!! But did your doggy turn into a pumpkin!?!?!?!?! One of my favorite paraphernalia is my cauldron!
Haha, no,, Nommy didn't turn into a pumpkin, but I do call her pumpkin all the time.

Oh yay! How fun. So glad you did this for spooky season. ❤
Hi Marlene! Glad you enjoyed. I will always take the opportunity to spookify something if I can! ;)
Lovely to see you. This was a fun tag already and then you just had to add spooky too it and poof greatness lol. 😂
Thank you! I love me some spooky goodness, glad you enjoyed it. x
The gothic book is for sale on baba studios site last I checked a few weeks ago
Oh cool! I had no idea, thank you. I'd gotten so used to it not being available, I had stopped checking. x

That's really great to know, thank you. Maybe I'll be able to nab a copy one day.
Thank you for watching. x
Now that you mention it, the Bohemian Gothic's 7W totally does look like Giles in "A New Man"! I really enjoyed this spooky spin on your tag 🎃👻
Haha, it's totally him! Such a fun episode (especially for season 4 which I enjoy less than some of the others). x
The Pole Ka si sooooo fantastic! A personal favorite
It's such a fun and cheeky deck!
@@lilpinkbear absolutely! 🙃
I pull out the Halloween Tarot every October. Thinking about doing this tag too. Cauldron.
It's just perfect! It's one of those decks that just makes me happy, it's so fun. x

@@lilpinkbear Wow! I can imagine what fun it was to see the MST3K crew live.
Love the notion of an electric hearse! Electric cauldron! 🍲 🍁🍂
It would be pretty sweet! Mine would be black and purple with velvet upholstering and spiderweb hubcaps. 🕸️

Haha, that's great! I've never watched Portlandia but I've seen the odd scene/skit here and there over the years.
Forgot to say, love Pan's Labyrinth as well!!
It's one of Del Toro's finest for sure.
Hmm “Tarot and Psychology,” you say? 👀👀👀
As a therapist, I’m totally checking this out. Thanks for sharing!
It's a really interesting book. Well worth a look. :)
