Wish you all the success in your loosing weight campaign. I was on 88kg and diabetic. In the last few months lost 30 kg. I am now on about 57. I fast 5 days a week and my main food intake is when I break my fast is to have 1 to 2 fruits and early mornings will have 2 slice of brown bread. It's not easy but Billy do have the will power. You will make it to your desired weight.
