The spanning set of polynomials examples at 6:00, I don't understand what is meant by vector space. Where are the vectors? Otherwise this is a superb explanation - sincerely thank you.
Thank you! The vector space Pn has, as its vectors, the polynomials whose highest power term is no greater than n. For example in P2 we can find the vector x^2 - x +1, or x + 4, or 7. We would not be able to find x^3 - 3x^2 or x^7 or x^4 + 1. Does that help?
@WrathofMath I suppose I just never considered that a vector could be a polynomial but I suppose it makes sense. At the end of the day a vector is just a difference between points so there's no reason why the possibility for the point couldn't be described by a polynomial.
Isn’t that if Determinant of A is 0, A can be multiple solution or no solution, but consistent included multiple solutions. I’m confused about using determinant to check if it’s consistent🧐

This was one of those times when the example was crucial to understanding (or grasping) the definition finally. Thanks!
Thanks for watching!
@@WrathofMath Thanks for making the content to watch, of course.

Spanning sets? More like "Super lectures, with which you'll be all set!" 👍
Great video, I really like your rapping at the end.
Thank you!
You gave him a complement like De Morgan!

Great video thanks
Thanks for watching!
Amazing ❤
Can you make a video for sum and direct sum
And thanks
GooD I froom iraq
Thank you!
