This world is not worth living in. It is a world of death and destruction. One of the best things that happened to me was the end of my career as an emergency physician. I do not invest my energy into this horrible world any more it does not deserve it. Someday I will be able to go back though the portal to my world and the experiences in this one will just be a horrible nightmare.
