It’s next level, just on the MV alone. Love that movie like. It’s reminiscent of 90s Romeo & Juliet. Goes with the lyrics, the style of the scenes, down to the feuding. But love that it’s SOLO Jungkook. We want just JK all day every day. He don’t need no features. Hear is vocals with nothing added. I cannot wait for a live performance. I mean, this should definitely be a Grammy WINNING performance.

This song is retro-funk. A genre probably unfamiliar to Jungkook. Somehow, he came to understand this song and used it and the MV to pay homage to Michael. JK's tone is eerily like MJ on this track. Since the songs on Golden tell the story of a relationship Jungkook asks us to listen to the tracks in order. Please remind your viewers to watch the official MV themself at least once. Those views help Jungkook with charts worldwide. Thanks. (And buy the album, it will become an all-time classic).

Like I thought I would like it… but holy hell .. I think the song is fire and fun… but I think without the video… it wouldn’t be as high on the list of the album as it is now lol jungkook is such a visual artist.. ya know words fail him often and he sees the world in pictures and rhythms… so much more than words… he’s a director and an editor even though he’s written and produced music… you can feel his passion is visual arts. His drawing and painting… everything creatively it’s always visual… like his photoshoots for vogue Korea where he was the creative director of every single shoot… and he chose to do different eras of music… I mean what a fantastic idea for something who is very fascinated by wanting to try so many genres of music and see what he can come up with. Everything about him in this music video brought that song to life in a way it lacks without it… and really drives the video even with all the incredible elements and dancers.. everything about the video is gorgeous… but jungkook is the star of the show and giving that confidence he has gained through his other solo projects so far…. This was a mature, confident man who has transcended to another level entirely… and I can’t wait to enjoy the ride!!!

THIS song overwhelmed me (also first time JK has made me blush). The song itself if very good, but JK just adds an aura to it that is hard to look away from. And vocally, this was what I was hoping for because it shows his voice off. One listen was enough for the rest of the album--I am decidedly NOT an American/Brit Pop fan---but this will be stuck in my head for a long time.
@rjkpop, It’s like Michael Jackson + some bass from Queen’s “another one bites the dust” + some horns, etc. Plus, the combo of tattoos out and grown man business haircut is great! 👍🏾
