I can run the kb/m wireless or wired and I can also take it on the road with the UpSpec gaming monitor. Yes it's very Xbox centric but it's great fun
Correct me if I am wrong.. but it looked as though the monitor only supports 1080p 120hz. It looked as though when u tried to display 1440p it could only run at 60hz.
That is most likely because then monitor is only hdmi 1.4, which only outputs 120hz/fps at 1080p. If you want full 1440p/120hz check for hdmi 2.0 support but your looking at spending $300 plus.

Xbox games, play station games, maybe Nintendo games and a better work space as well ima keep the one x as well. The gaming pc costs around £654.95 and ima get a Samsung odyssey G6 which has built in speakers and it’s own remote which has a built in system u can use as a Tv. And I got enough saved to buy it. I was gonna buy this budget setup but I was just there to getting something I wanted now I do! By the end of may ima order it bcz that’s when my dad gets his payment.

That’s almost my setup instead I use a second hand tv and I use a old wired ps4 turtle beach headset and I don’t have a mouse or keyboard yet but I’m going to try save up for it
If you watching this in 2024 the monitor is now 149 pounds if you apply an amazon voucher but without its 159 pounds. If you don’t want to spend that there is the same brands monitor but at 1080p at a higher refresh rate for 127 pounds (its a limited time deal tho)
A year or so ago I was having trouble with gaming headsets because none of mine would work but one day my dad came home from work and gave me a present being the Xbox wireless headset and i have it bluetoothed to every device in my house
I think tv setup are the best it’s good for relaxing and enjoying ur game and good for watching TH-cam and Netflix but a monitor is good for competitive games and I guess more I’m not rlly a monitor guy I always play with a tv
Pro tip : Remove the batteries from the controller and connect a type c usb from series s to the controller so that the controller never sleeps and annoy you after a while ❤

I would also recommend to turn down the lights on the controller and Xbox itself. When you play at night it makes a whole lot difference.

Yes, I had this monitor, when I used to change resolution to 1440p it used to go back at 60Hz. I had to return the monitor.

In the video settings there is an hdmi override option, if you select "hdmi" then a refresh rate option will show up below resolution
He wasn't able to, if you look closely it changed back to 1080. Series X supports both 4k and 120hz

the xbox can go up to 4k 120fps, it depends on ur tv/monitor tho. on my monitor i get 1080p 120fps.
