  • If you can treat your body as a temple, then this technique will be helpful - WITH UTMOST DEVOTION… Try it. While you are eating, try it. Do not think that YOU are eating. Think that it is the divine in you who is eating, and look at the change. You are eating the same thing, you are the same, but immediately everything becomes different. You are giving the food to the divine. You are taking a bath - a very ordinary, trivial thing - but change the attitude: feel that you are giving a bath to the divine in you. Then this technique will be easy: With utmost devotion, center on the two junctions of breath and know the knower.

    I don't know if you have already practiced all the 112 techniques but I need help with a certain one. "Know only consciousness exists" ( i think its called) if you could email me? I have hard time understanding what consciousness is or feels like.

      No It is not Mantra sadhana, Its all about being in the present moment. Only Mantra in in is "OM", even after chanting OM Siva is asking to meditate the silence after the Chant of OM.
      Those 112 techniques is to make you be in the present moment. Being in the present and being aware of what is happening within makes you Master.
