For fun many years ago (I'm 63 now) my brother and I would sing modern songs in a talky/singing way like Pat Boone. I really enjoy these albums you make.
Possibly, he did a complete album of metal covers. I know an Alice Cooper song was covered. He and Alice were great friends. I think they golfed together quite bit.
Put all of these 1950's style albums to Viynal record and send these back with Marty Mcfly to 1955. Send multiple copies out to radio stations of that time. Could be an interesting paradox if any of the songs become a hit. The bands would be mysterious and everyone would wonder where there at.
It would be especially funny if some of these could get airplay, because the sexual allusions in the lyrics go over the music director's heads at the stations.
I was part of an original band that also did covers for the gigs & $ in the late 80's and 90's. We'd get request for Led Zeppelin and we worked up a Country Version of Rock N Roll complete with Giddy Up, Giddy Up Mama as the ooh yea ooh yea ending vocal. Many appreciated it, some laughed, but their was always one drunk die hard Zep fan who took offense. Good times...
Damn! I have some Great memories of this Album, especially side two. It was one of a dozen or so we got back in the 1970s, where you get a dozen albums for a penny. It was an old record contract they would let any kids under 18 sign, and still they send the albums. My cool Mom let each of us three mail in our order. Then after we get our dozen albums for a penny, Mom would call and tell them they can't hold a child to a contract. Still have the albums 50 years on.✌️🤟
@senjutsu-walrus2847 ● It could've been 1980. I was born early in '67, oldest of 3, 2 years apart. So it would've been right around then. But it was definitely in operation during the 70s as well.
My mother doesn't understand the texts, English wasn't taught in normal schools in Germany until 1954, and she left school in 1955. But musically she thinks it's great.
Absolute masterpiece. This album, the original lol, is one of the greatest of all time. Since the 80s I've seen the lads nine awesome times. No. 1 fan. If this was a cd, I'd buy it.
This is so awesome I can visualize a video in black and white in the 1950's before color TV, especially on What do you do for money. I watch a lot of The Twilight Zone and Hitchcock Presents.
Can you just imagine the public reaction to these songs if they were released in the 50’s? Beatles mania would have looked second rate. This would have caused social mayhem and outrage across the world! Haha
As someone who know 1950's music this is a great concept. It tells you AC/DC were not talentless hack like some believe. Brings out the hidden meaning in the lyrics. Very dirty and raunchy. Love AC/DC!
Yes but tgis has nothing to do with AC/DC other than the lyrics used. The melody , tempo, instruments is not human , it's software. I do like it actually but there is zero commonality to AC /DC as musicians
This is amazing 👏 This shouldn't be as good as it is. I think this could actually sell alot of records if it would put out to distribution. Brian Johnson would love this.
We used to have Hi-Di-Ho drive ins in the 50s here in Lubbock Texas where Buddy Holly would play and i can imagine this style was playing on the radio and inside. I think of racing and cruising
it would be interesting to have a video explanation how these are constructed. If there was different lyrics you wouldnt know it was AC/DC, its cool but seems like a lot of work writing the arrangements and playing, then getting the production to sound 50's-60s
Started listening for a joke but......listened to the whole thing!
This stuff is brilliant
Hmm, well, let's try electric light orchestra played by the sex pistols 😮
There is a Led Zep 2 and Deep Purple in Rock which you might like oh and Parnanoid which is amazing
🤮🤮🤮
There’s Led Zeppelin ll it’s good too😅😅😅
ANGUS !! ANGUS !! It’s your cousin Marvin, Marvin Young. Remember those song lyrics you were looking for?? Well listen to THIS 🤪
Hahahaha! That’s gold!
I get this joke. Probably go over everyone's head
Good one...Hilarious!
"Your kids are gonna love it."
I can finally hear the lyrics 👍
But the melodies are nowhere to be found.
So can I, now I can understand the song!
My God, what have we been listening to all these years. 😯
Just so glad it's not converted to (c)rap.
@@paulrichter2863 That's right. It would be more fun, if the melodies were the same, as the original.
“I guess you guys are not ready for this yet…but your grandparents are gonna love it”
You mean grand kids.lol
🤣
Hysterical! Well done.
Maybe great grandparents. I'm 62 and that's a hard no!🧐
Proof that good songs sound amazing no matter the style. Lyrics here I never knew existed
💯
Was thinking the same. Hit me like a truck. The lyrics still have impact and it’s cogent and it’s coherent and it’s powerful…..Unbelievable!,
yeah, you can actually understand them in this version...LOL
Your grandparents are gonna love this!
Until they clearly hear the lyrics to - _Let Me Put My Love Into You._
Grandphatrers ? :D .. no, I'm loving this :))
@@coltseavers6298 Thats how they made your parents and thats how your parents made you
Your grandparents probably bought the original album when it came out over 40 years ago
@@coltseavers6298 "Stiff upper Lip"
These are the most wholesome dirty songs I've ever heard. Bop till you drop.
This is wrong. And irresistible. Damn it.
Exactly
Your statement perfectly sums up this whole alternate universe addictive “What if…” series of Rock icons.
😂🤣 it's hard to stop listening to it. Shouldn't work but it does, so well!
Most probably some people would have had a heart attack because of one or the other lyric, but yes, there would have been some hit potential.
@ I know, right?!?!
OK. Be honest. How many of us can now finally know what the heck the lyrics are? And it o ly took 45 years.
Also, what a great version.
English is not my first language. I allways thougt , I,was the problem, thankyou 🫡🫡🫡
I mean, the rest of us didn't have a problem making out the lyrics.
This is from a parallel universe where a young President Eastwood later won the Vietnam War using captured UFOs.
Barsoom! 👽🖖🌠✨🌌
This may be the most awesome reply that I see anywhere on the internet until at least 2026.
The Manson Family - America's goodwill ambassadors fostering wholesome values, international peace and racial harmony.
Man, I got to get some of your dope!
Did he call up Darth Vader to melt their brains with a sweet EVH riff?
Makes sense, ACDC is basically RnR
Man, I love this stuff......... but I'm a child of 50's parents and an 80's kid...... this is a perfect combo.
I really liked the guns n roses one if you haven't heard it
@@hubertsumlin9697 I've enjoyed all of them honestly.....
Lol. Same here
Shake A Leg is a 10
For fun many years ago (I'm 63 now) my brother and I would sing modern songs in a talky/singing way like Pat Boone. I really enjoy these albums you make.
Sounds like a made up story
Didn’t Pat actually do DC covers?
Possibly, he did a complete album of metal covers. I know an Alice Cooper song was covered. He and Alice were great friends. I think they golfed together quite bit.
@@freakybeaky1 I know he covered a Metallica song too.
I thought I was the only one who did that! 🤣. I do it in a Elvis voice. With the stage moves too!
Came here specifically for You Shook Me All Night Long - and it did not disappoint!
I like that I can finally understand some of these lyrics
"Givin' The Dog A Bone" is now my favorite song of all time 🤘🏾😂
😂
Omg, I know 🤣👍🏻
100%
🤣🤣
oh yeah !
As a kick ass AC/DC fan I'm very happy with this version of the Back in Black album, please post the Highway To Hell album.
OMG, I just don't know what to think! It's VERY clever and well done.
Okay....when I saw this at first I was planning to laugh. Instead, I found myself listening intently. Sorry this was really good.
Not a single word left out. Impressive.
You feed the lyrics into an AI prompt, say do it in the style of the 1950s and you get this
This made my day. Can't stop smiling.
Love it. All the sudden these videos are going around and it’s all I listen to at work. Love hearing albums I love remade in a new style.
THIS is why A.I was invented!
Absolutely brilliant. It shows well written music can be turned into any genre. Well done!
This makes me want to hear wholesome songs now like, How Much Is That Doggie In The Window, done as thrash metal.
"Doin it doggy style thru the window!"😂
I have a love/hate relationships with these remixes. In this case I love it
shook me could have been a rock n roll hit - great work m8
Agreed, it sound like he found his perfect mate and she's a dancing machine that never let him take a rest... 😂😂
It was a rock n roll hit.
It’s AI generated which the uploader mysteriously forgot to mention
Really cool if you like or not. Compliments to you for post

@Avo7bProject Yes that would be hilarious
Pat st John over at siriusxm 60s gold would probably play this..
I've been an AC/DC fan since their very first appearance on Countdown in the '70s. I absolutely love this.
I was not expecting this to be like this good, I clicked on it for the joke, but staying. It’s that darn good..
I was part of an original band that also did covers for the gigs & $ in the late 80's and 90's. Ed Sullivan would of lost his mind censoring "giving the dog a bone" back in the 50s...
This is actually REALLY good!!
I think Back in Black just added another 50 million sales. 🙂
Damn! I have some Great memories of this Album, especially side two. It was one of a dozen or so we got back in the 1970s, where you get a dozen albums for a penny. I don't know how Columbia House stayed in business, we ALL ripped them off!
I spent a LOT of pennies myself.
Back in Black wasn't released until 1980.
@senjutsu-walrus2847 ● It could've been 1980. I was born early in '67, oldest of 3, 2 years apart. So it would've been right around then. But it was definitely in operation during the 70s as well.

Columbia House and BMG:
I subbed both back then.
I am a huge ac/dc fan, and this just so good..
Thanks🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Next up Let There Be Rock, featuring Bon Scott & the Volts! 50's Rock n' Roll! ☇🎸🎤🎼🔊
Love these "If It Was Recorded In The 50's" remakes...keep them coming!
I like these versions of the album but if my father was alive ( he grew up in the 1950s ) I doubt he would . Awesome,
My mother doesn't understand the texts, English wasn't taught in normal schools in Germany until 1954, and she left school in 1955.
But musically she thinks it's great.
OMG 😳
I love this version of songs. Wow awesome work on this. 😊

To me some of these, especially "Have Drink on Me" feels like a Buck Owens "Bakersfield sound" style of cover.
Maybe Dwight Yokam should cover it.
Given the dog a bone was hilarious.
This is so awesome

Video? Musical acts were always live tv...
@JohnSmith-mf3dh
If one were to make a video to go along with the music I see a black and white video.
These are wonderful! Thanks to any and all involved with bringing us this.
This was so entertaining 😂 Love these videos
I really dig this tune. It’s crazy man just crazy!
Those lyrics would ve been mind blowing in the mid 50s or the swinging 6os
Omg, they would be arrested and the kids would end up being visited by the town exorcist!
So good I wish I could subscribe twice
Omg this sounds great! More please
We want The Slayers!
Puh-lease!
Yea! I want to hear Reign in blood 50’s style.
*_You Shook Me All Night Long_* finally sounds like the *_love song_* it was always meant to be! 😉😆
The lyrics alone would have put people in a panic.
For sure! Link Wray was banned, even without any lyrics. 😮
I can see Angus Young doing his weird little skip, walk across the stage with a saxophone.
"Shoot To Thill" might be the best you've posted, lol.
Every time I listen to your versions of albums it's a treat. This one hit the top 🤯
I don't know if you take requests Marceve76, but I think Motorhead's Ace of Spades would be a good one as well 👍
Can you just imagine the public reaction to these songs if they were released in the 50’s? Beatles mania would have looked second rate. This would have caused social mayhem and outrage across the world! Haha
Very creative
I love the clever album cover, so good, they look more 60's though. You can really pick the band members though, nicely done.
This is pure brilliance
This version of "Givin the Dog a Bone" might actually get on the radio.😂
As someone who know 1950's music this is a great concept.

Ok i just subscribed and liked . Love it

I'm digging that crazy beat 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Here's the question. One of these AI songs takes off , who gets paid? Who gets sued? Who gets credit?
This is the greatest video ever!!!
Thanks I love this!
Great Job! That took a lot of work!
My goodness. These lyrics are naughtier than I remember.
Shoot to Thrill is still gangster
This should be in the record store with a big living stereo banner across the top.👍👍
We used to have Hi-Di-Ho drive ins in the 50s here in Lubbock Texas where Buddy Holly would play and i can imagine this style was playing on the radio and inside. I think of racing and cruising

I haven't LAUGHED like this. Is what I meant to say.😂
This is blowing my mind. 😂
I'd pay to see this in a cool nightclub.
With that I like ACDC
I can understand the lyrics. LOL
I'm pissed off at how much I like this 🤓
I think this is so cool, and thanks for sharing👍

"What do you do for money honey" is a legit hit in this style
Now do Motley Crue! I wanna see what they're like with a 50s-60s look!😁
it would be interesting to have a video explanation how these are constructed. If there was different lyrics you wouldnt know it was AC/DC, its cool but seems like a lot of work writing the arrangements and playing, then getting the production to sound 50's-60s

I was afraid of that
