Positives about Spoon: she's really good getting players to work hard, to play for her to feel like she truly cares about their well-being and success as not just players but people . She's emotionally invested in them in a healthy way and that makes young players feel endeared to her . The challenging part of Spoon : she struggled with in-game strategic adjustments, questionable rotations , final possession play-calls were often ill-concieved . She may need better assistants to give her ideas for situational basketball .

As far as co-ordinating all the players in the off szn Sky can set up an online Basecamp community for players to post workouts, learning new plays, nutrition + fitness goals, zoom check-ins etc.. sort of like an online coaching + teammates community for Sky personnel. Whether they are playing overseas or at home they can feel ⚡️connected. Like yo own private social / work network.
Google Drive is probably one of the easiest ways to upload files and restrict access. Sure your tech staff would know exactly where to best point your group in that regard.

I’m unsure if the rotations are her fault. She didn’t have a true PG, so I think she had to have some wacky rotations.
