There's only one David Hidalgo, what a musician, he can play R&B, rock, norteno, folk, cumbia, WOW he's a complete musician, my respects for David Hidalgo.
@@DavidB-ec7bm Except on the violin...as great as he is as a singer and multi-instrumentalist, he should know his limitations...even with "frets" on it he stinks trying to play fiddle
Yes. The first cd is EXCELLENTE through and through! Cesar Rosas, Ruben Ramos, Rick Treviño, Flaco Jimenez, Freddy Fender, Joe Ely, David Hidalgo, Doug Sahm .sigh. what a frickin' Super Group
This is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard i listened to this from the day i got the cd I would turn it up in my headphones and imagine what he could be saying i do not speak spanish but i understand the singer and the song
The first Los Super Seven CD will be the classic. The first release was for the love of the music. The others were to make money. Heard it on the X has a couple of songs that are OK, but the first CD is the measurement for the rest of them for sure.
With respect and appreciation to this one, but knowing so much wonderful material throughout the DVD, a shame there really isn't a single good clip on TH-cam. I would upload myself but too dumb to know how. Thank you for this one, however.
@jvillaav Si yo tambien he estado buscando "mi ranchito" cantada por Rick Trevino uno de los super seven, pero no lo he encontrado alguien debe de subirlo..ojala. saludos:-)
I love all of Los Lobos stuff just don’t get all political. Music needs to transcend all that bullshit. Freddy Fender understood that music was the element that pulled all people together.
