Enjoying the videos, thanks. Hope your scoot is up and running soon. Just a point on videos, I notice that when you do selfie mode on your camera, the phone is set to mirror mode. If you go into settings and camera you can switch this off and it will then stop writing being backwards (like your pass certificate).
Thanks for the tips! However I cant find that setting on my phone ? (Samsung Galaxy). I do try and flip em round before publishing, but sometimes I forget ! Hence I was in aLeft Hand Drive car on my way to Ribble Valley Rally ha ha
What was the verdict on the engine 🤷🏻….glad you now back on 2 wheels. I’ve just got myself a TG300S which is a first me as I also have an original Lambretta and Vespa, thought I’d try a bit of modern easy riding. Great channel btw 👍
sorry to hear this wonder if having the engine messed with could be it after all they are chinese made..i was thinking of just having the new gears with more teeth put in mine already got the remap and exhaust and no real change.. the gears would give it more torque i think.....keep us updated and hope your on the road soon..
Hopefully its just possible that it was overfilled but i dont think you would have overfilled it that much? i hope you drained it fully useing the large bolt on the lower side and not just the oil filter housing because if you only drained from the oil filter housing and then refilled to the required amount you would have swamped the engine with oil and possibly blew oil seals etc .lets hope its only a small problem like piston rings ...even a top end rebuild would be better than having to buy another engine ...fingers crossed for you mate ...Ps that cafe was a cool place . 👍...Harry
At this point I would sling in as much Honda engine, electrics and running gear as possible in the form of a crashed donor bike. That said, a Chinese engine is pretty close to the Indian Lambretta experience, if that's what you're after. Better still, have it as your only transport and depend on it to get to work. I'm not hatin'. Catch can was excellent. Eloise Laws is a class tune
Quick ? You took you test on the 125cc, if you were to take your test for the next level, would you have to do the theory test etc again for the larger scoot
No I believe you don't need to redo the theory, just the mod 1 and mod 2 practical tests on a larger bike. I did the A1 test, which restricts me to a 125. Thanks for watching.

It came with the scoot when I bought it ! I had to make the back rest pad to match with sticky back plastic from Hobbycraft !!Thanks for watching !

Just been researching this and it can be caused by overfilled oil. Worth considering and being very careful not to overfill.
