Was this kickboxing or MT rules? I didn't see any elbows and the ref broke up clinches like KB.
It was Muay Thai, but One has some strange MT rules and that bald dwarf referee is known for breaking up clinches and especially warning Thai fighters (or give them penalties). Throws and grabbing/holding legs are not allowed in One kickboxing rules.
@@JD-oe5ucThat’s ridiculous, that’s not sound like Muay Thai to me. The rules give advantage to much taller and bigger men and Thai men are short. No clinch, no grabbing leg , and how can a Thai man be able to throw an elbow to a taller guy? For kickboxing also, No grabbing leg is mean don’t protect yourself from a kick to me.

a lot of fighters tend to forgo elbows in exchange for better kicks
that's why fighters like Leon Edwards are so powerful standing up, they use both elbows and hard kicks to control any range
