Lake Como is not in the best of neighborhoods, but I have been fishing it for years. It has good bass in there. The most productive spots are where you were in the second clip by the spillway and all along that side of the lake.

Yeah @remmer you get more hooksets just giving it a strong lean into. There are times a decent hookset is warranted but cranking down this hard on a 1 pound fish is going to wreck it's mouth and probably pull the lure out

You should fish in my area of Texas. You can catch some toads in Tradinghouse Creek reservoir which has loads of species of clunkers, or fishing the dam of lake Waco, where 60-70lb blue cats have been caught

Travis Brewer I fish lake belton often ! There’s a couple hidden ponds in temple and moody that we use to fish all the time some days we catch 10-20 bass some small but some BIG I’m now in Georgia exploring new water
I am familiar with the ponds near Moody but never fished them. There's actually a chain of those ponds for water retention leads to a miniature Lake in Troy but it is private even though it's a Corps Lake. Good luck to you. Keep fishing never stop

Check out all of the ponds (3-4) that fall in line with the Adriatica pond you fished in McKinney. They don’t look like much but they are stacked. The adriatica pond has some decent fish (I saw someone pull out an 11 pounder, weight confirmed) but they were out on a kayak. That pond isn’t productive unless you’re out deep.
You need to try the village of woodland springs in Keller. Lots of good fishing over there.
I wish there were some ponds like this where I live, literally the only thing near me is lakes. It's also pretty much impossible to shore fish rn too because everyone is outside from quarantine.
You should try chain o’ lakes in waupaca...i believe its spring fed so its clear and super deep

Idk how far you usually drive out in Texas, but there's some pretty decent sized bass over in the Houston County Lake, Located in Crockett, Texas. Caught a 6 pounder out there. Pretty good hits every time I've gone, Recommend going with a boat!

Boys ranch is an awesome pond! Skip under the dock and it’s an automatic catch. And I made a video about a year ago at the last pond and caught a ton of fish!

I miss fishing urban lakes in Denver. They have some good ponds and lakes.
Here in georgia bass will bed twice a year if conditions are right. Bluegill will breed up to ten times a year.
BRO! this video motivated me to go bass fishing for my very fist time ever! I went to a local lake and went to the store to get some bait. They had googan baits and I used the bandito bug! I CAUGHT NOT JUST MY FIRST LARGE MOUTH BUT I CAUGHT THREE!!!! I used everything I saw you doing man. Thank you so very very very much. I fish for trout always but you have opened the door for so much more for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN.
