Not by a long shot! The point of view that you are looking at them,from down in the audience, does not represent the proper perspective. There are many pictures of those two standing next to each other all over the internet that can show you Jared is quite a bit taller than Cliff.

This was nothing compared to when they went to Brazil a bunch of years ago. Nothing against Brazillian fans, but they were pretty rude and Jared was having trouble hearing questions because the audience was so loud, and talked over the people with mics. It was pretty upsetting.
