Guy's I have a question and I'm praying someone can answer it for me... I want to build two light fixtures for my kitchen. The kitchen currently has two flourencent fixtures - old and ugly and barely work half the time. Anyway, what I need to find is a 3 bulb pendent that combines into one cord and the one would then be hard wired into the existing feed. Can someone tell me the name of what I'm looking for, because when I do a search, everything but what I need comes up. I want to build a rectangle of wood that would house the three pendant lights, inside 3 mason jars. I don't know what the name of the type of cord is that I need, that splits into 3 and can be hard wired. I've seen a few, but they aren't for hard wiring, they have a plug on the end, and a toggle on/off switch. Can I use those, and just clip the cord and hard wire it into the existing feed? I was afraid maybe the voltage might be too high? And what size base is it called, that would accommodate a regular size bulb (60W)? Help please!!
