a.) it's completely fine to journal kn your own time. i personally journal whenever i feel stressed or i have a need to say something. if you don't, it's completely all right. b.) we all have our own styles and writings. don't discourage yourself and just imitate or mimic spreads you really like the style of until you develop it c.) it's fine if you want to narrow your spreads about just a few groups or even one/none. you can write about birthdays, comebacks, updates, cool quotes, v lives etc. you can even include your personal life and have spreads about really good days with your friends/ family. don't worry about how you're doing something because it's your life and you control your pace
It's okay I only stan 5 groups because I've only been to the kpop community for around 2 years. But you don't only have to write about kpop, you could write about foods you like, pop artists, quotes you like, ect. So its okay 😌

what i'm usually stressed about when i start a journal is when i miss a comeback, birthday etc. idk why but i feel like i'm obliged to update my journal according to that and sometimes it can get overwhelming. especially when you're a multi and this is your mindset, damn you're in trouble. but now i'm more chill with it, plus quarantine has helped me not get busy and make journal entries, it's fun for me now. -e l s e i i .

k idk if ur tryna have kids or grandkids or anything resembling that, but i think what you do is so beautiful, and i also think it would be so fun and cool in the future for your future relatives to see what you made and look through your creations like a scrapbook of the past, when these things come to feel archaic. that will be a world to see, but i just think it'd be so neat for some future grandkid, neighbor kid, or friend to see your videos or even look at your journals and marvel at their beauty and also see a bit into a past unknown to them.

seungkwan sexy, what helps me fill my journals up, is journaling everyday. If you can’t, at least 5 days a week. You can even complete multiple pages in a day. But don’t rush. Journaling is inner peace. Do what makes you happy! 😊
