Before this happens, there’s a need for a protest to cut wastes ( excessive salaries, pensions, new cars, wardrobe allowances, wife allowances, fuel allowances, free accommodation etc.) across all levels ( from presidency to the local councils), otherwise the new elected ‘youths’ or celebs would still go there and enjoy those ‘wastes’ that are driving the nation back. A struggling nation needs to cut waste and set a good system in place...for the oncoming ‘pure’ politicians. How do we explain to the world that our senators earn more monies than the UK PM? That’s the waste!!!

Judging by the many lies, the zillion lekki cover ups, the panel judging itself, proposed social media clamp down etc (sigh) which way Nigeria...
The only way for this government to maybe redeem itself is to resolve all the extra judicial killings, the same way they went after the supposed looters...

Here for the past 12years, light is on,their politicians don't go abroad for medical treatment, The primary school here is far batter than the university in Nigeria. Every politician even a counsellor here must account for whatever he is been giving to. South Africans protest more than any where on earth but no one will be killed by the police.
