The library is good an heritage place.Has reading Hall also. Used to go there but the front desk person was rude, troublesome then discontinued.

Everything looks great except the fact that you need to have local to pune to get membership.
Rental agreement etc does not work.
Reason:people do not return the books.
I understand the reason but there should be some other measure to counter the problem.
