My mom fed us good food but it was the generation where most people didnt know better about modern convenience foods. I pray this is not the case, but the food i watch in these hauls is setting these children up for horrible health problems and diseases. It is like watching something happen in slow motion. I hope Im wrong, but you could still turn this around for some of them. Their little digestive systems need healing and they need a slow detox from the absolute overload of sugar they are consuming.
Sorry but as a paediatric nurse who watches her videos, most of their food is healthy but they can have treats too. Reading online doesn’t make you a medical professional. All her kids are well and healthy which says a lot
to answer your question about the top shelf- that is all overstock- it is the part of the box that won't fit in the shelf space when they are stocking- they turn it backward to discourage customers from climbing the shelves to get the items instead of asking someone who works there to get them safely. top shelf is for over stock. a box of stuff comes in 24, but only 12 of them can fit on the shelf. instead of keeping the extra 12 in back they put it on that very top shelf. saves space in back, and makes it easier to restock shelves later. also makes it easier for customers to grab....if they are really tall...

I think she does it because although it’s one child’s favorite and possibly the only one they like, the other children may eat them too. So buy extra so the child who only eats that flavour/item has enough to last them the week even with the other kids having some.

Walmart has the labels turned on the top shelf to make it easier for associates to refill the shelves. They scan the barcode and their devices will beep if it can fit on the shelf. I used to work overnight at my local Walmart.
I have a meal you might want to try for your big family. Get the aluminum pans spray them down cooking spray put Bisquick in it and pre-cook it in the oven make two pans for your big family this is how you start off pre-cooked Bisquick scramble 20-30 eggs, can sliced potatoes drain them, breakfast sausage or hamburger, cheese. layer it like a lasagna putting cheese within the layers of the meal spray aluminum foil place in the oven for 45 minutes and you will have a breakfast quiche. I made this 15 years ago and took it to church and everybody at church enjoyed it including the preacher. I left the pan at home so when I come home I can have some but time I got home from church the pan was empty at home my brother and his family ate it and enjoyed it. The gingerbread ice cream sandwiches are not for dogs lol they just have a dog on the package. My kids love them! They also have vanilla and mint trees.
Just an idea or suggestion if she running out of room for stuff or need more storage. Get rid of the benches for the table . But then get the benches that has the storage underneath them so the family can sit on them but then use them for storage.
The products at the top of the shelves are overstock. They’re not for customers to be able to reach. It’s stuff that’s already on the shelf and kept up there for employees to bring down when products are low on the shelf. It keeps items sorted and out of the back room. There put backwards on purpose to be able to see the barcode and make it easier to tell what products are getting low and need to be restocked.
So a tip about the top shelves in Walmart: they do that so when an associate is bringing items down from that said top shelf they can pull the right quantity and will help us know if something needs replacing. However our ordering system is automated but does help associates know if we have space on the actual shelf for them.

Ok I would just like to say this. As a child we ate some processed food but mom would always make homemade things within budget. You have the money to feed the kids healthy organic foods. As an adult now I suffer from so many digestive issues that now I’m looking at surgery to fix. No matter how much I try to eat healthy the damage is pretty much done. I just don’t want to see these kids have problems when they grow up. You still have a chance to change it.

Never buy the lettuce salad bags that are full of air. It's not really air. It's gas put off by the veggies. Get the bags (which you did) that are sucked in tight and flat. They are fresher than the gassy bags.

Second that one!! Tea tree hair products are good too(various brands) and tea tree is antibacterial and antifungal so helps with strong odors and any sort of inflamed skin.
Try any list! You down load it on your phone and it creates a grocery list. I also use Samsung food which gives you lots of meal options, a grocery list for the recipe by aisle and a meal planner. I have seven kids and it's a life saver

Next time, Costco always has lots of great quality big multipacks of socks for super cheap! And depending on if you can get there before you need them , they usually have bulk tortillas wraps and bulk bread too ❤
Just curious..for things like ketchup and mayo .why not but the big restaurant style refill conditioner..that way all you have to do is refill 1 or 2 bottles of ketchup instead of buying it every week..same with mayo and peanut butter...and a few other things ..it's worth looking into if it will save you some time and cash ..just a thought..😊 happy holidays!!

Just curious..for things like ketchup and mayo .why not but the big restaurant style refill conditioner..that way all you have to do is refill 1 or 2 bottles of ketchup instead of buying it every week..same with mayo and peanut butter...and a few other things ..it's worth looking into if it will save you some time and cash ..just a thought..😊 happy holidays!!
