In my own opinion, a song has a dark concept if the lyrics talks about negative vibes on it even though the song sounds energetic or good vibe on it.. A lot of classic from old era of music give this kind of songs like Hotel California of Eagles where it tackled the greediness, hedonism( pursuit of pleasure for self indulgence which lead to some artists their self destruction)and in the Gen Z era check Freeze of Ez mil which a club heavy mainstream kinda vibe but when you pay attention to the lyrics it talks about the manipulation of mainstream industry to artists, selling their souls to the devil, promoting violence and many more.. Raining in Manila also a happy vibe song with sad lyrics that points out someone struggle for loneliness which Strings has the same emotional and mental struggles portrayed by these songs.. But most common thing is talking about sex, drugs and violence in a songs which we likely here from rappers either local or international..
