As of minecraft 1.6, texture packs how now been changed to 'resource packs' Because of this most of the older texture packs such as girlcraft don't work any more until they're updated into a resource pack, so they will be buggy if you try to use them. There are lots of cool new resource packs out that we will be exploring soon, and hopefully, girlcraft will be updated shortly!!
Ok, im a guy and i have to addmit, apart form the pink ( not a fan, nothing to do with it being girly lol ) this is a smexy pack! the trees and grass and whatnot at the start looks great! like the OCD texture pack but with more detail
Hi Katy. I've edited the comments with a couple of tutorials on how to install the pack correctly, and how to patch if it doesn't look right. Hope this helps :)
is this the same texture pack that you are using in your video of how to install the girlcraft resource pack? just wondering because there is no rainbow colored blocks and that's what my 7 year old was excited about
Hi Sandie, it's the same texture pack, but unfortunately the diamond rainbow blocks were replaced by the creator. I may have to re-create some of the textures for the next patch if it isn't updated, as I did with the broken zombie skins, if this is the case I might consider bringing the rainbow block back :)
I've re-textured some of the blocks, and replaced the rainbow block (with a twist!) You can download it from the link in our "How to install Girlcraft" video in the description. Have fun :)

That is a extremely cute texture pack.
You'll need to search for a program called MCpatcher, and follow the instructions on the website. This will update your texture packs for you :)
It should be exactly the same on 1.6.2 as 1.6.4. Take a look at the "how to" video on our channel, the link is in the description of this one.

I wish I knew it was for 1.7.4 before I switched to 1.4.7 from 1.7.4 and half my world was clay and corrupted it :(
