I also got pierced when i was 4 years old and though I didn't cry, as a grown up i do feel it's a violation of the child's rights to get them pierced st an age where they can't even comprehend to even give consent to piercing. Even if it doesn't hurt, it's an encroachment on bodily autonomy if done without the concent of a perosn and we as a society shoukd not force our children to go through it
