One thing I noticed after reading the description ::
Admins have Halos to represent their..power is the best word ive got here. Watchers have Purple eyes and wings. I believe that we've seen Grian with a purple eye under the eyepatch in older videos and obviously he has wings, even if their not purple. Could be disguised using magic or just like that and not all watcher wings have to be purple- either way.
But Grian doesnt have a halo?? He was Evo's Admin, so he shiuld have one, right? Unless being a type of Might as you valled it in the description is exclusive to only one- like you cant be an Admin if your a Watcher, or an Listener if your a God, etc.

In my AU, Grian was forced to give up his Admin powers and join the Watchers if he wanted the Evo members to live another day, as Admins die when Watchers try to convert them. Technically speaking, you can be multiple mights, but it's just never happened as far as anyone knows
