I truly enjoy Listening to your life. It's very obvious that you guys are absolutely trying to be very open and honest about everything that you say here. Keep up the good work and good luck with this channel I believe that it is beginning to have more followers now. I will give you a little help on how to make your channel grow try to reply or make some type of answer to any question that's given to you. Once again good luck
"All of the best love stories have one thing in common: you have to go against the odds to get there." - WOKE quote When seemingly impossible circumstances stand in between two people in love, and one by one, they break away, that's only possible because of the great and amazing God that we serve. My boyfriend and I have experienced that firsthand time and time again and have found that the harder we have to work for the end goal, the more rewarding it will be when we make it out the other side; it's better to enjoy (as much as possible) both the ride and the destination. Right now, we're long distance (considering a potentially young marriage) and he'll be leaving for Marine boot camp in August - we can't wait to see the end result because it will be worth it.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the quote! We couldn’t agree more! Continue to effectively communicate always, but especially during long distance! We were long distance for 7 months and the communication, patience, and faith in the Lord is what got us here today!! Like you mentioned, it won’t be easy but it will definitely be worth it! Good luck and well wishes to you both! ❤️
Woke Quote: The hard part is knowing what adversities really are worth it. Particularly in contemplating a teenage marriage, the question arises of whether we're asking for trouble, not that we can't handle it and be better off for it; but there's always the risk of impatience and even pride tainting the thought process. It's important not to ask for trouble just for the thrill of it. What makes that difficult is that we can't always tell what the inner motives for some of our own thoughts are; so even when being very careful to make wise decisions, there's a whole level of the thought process that's well below the surface and is impossible to understand entirely. We've found a crucial step in dealing with this is to be totally honest with ourselves and each other and the others actively involved in the decision-making process (i. e. our parents), and to be open and candid as much as at all possible, so that between the six of us we can identify each other's weaknesses in that regard. Of course, the most important step is one that must be taken daily, every moment in fact. That's the step of trusting God completely, because He does have a perfect plan. And that extends to any adversities, marriage- (or pre-marriage-) related or otherwise. Praying, trusting, and obeying -- when it boils down, that's all we gotta do.
14:58 I got a ton of spankings as a kid (didn't help that I was the firstborn 🤨), and I'm pretty sure I turned out okay. You'll have to ask my parents and girlfriend for confirmation on that one. Child discipline is not what it used to be. Gotta wonder if that's linked to any of the major problems facing society today. "Do not withhold correction from a child, For if you beat him with a rod, he will not die. (Proverbs 23:13)" "He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly. (Proverbs 13:24)" If you're serious about your walk with the Lord Who designed you, your marriage, and your children, these verses don't leave much room for discussion.
Years ago when I took a Child Development class the instructor asked the class stand up and walk to one side of the room or the other. The one side believed in spanking and the other side did not. There were three of us on the side of spanking. I was shocked then I realized the non-spanking side were White and a few Hispanic. The instructor then went on to explain that spanking was no longer acceptable and that it encouraged violence. I had never thought of it that way.

One of my favorite quotes is "Nothing worth having comes easy."
3:17 The way we put it is, "The harder you have to work for it, the greater the reward."
Yes! Thank you! For some reason we were drawing a blank on the phrase! LOL
We knew to leave the room when adults were talking
Yes they do
Ya'll sound great
It's more rewarding when you work for it"❤
