Tips: To defeat the Six Paths of Pain quickly, enter Susano'o Mode then use Amaterasu (triangle then consecutively tap circle) You may want to run around first to make sure all Pains are near you. To easily defeat Naruto Sage and Sasuke, use Tsukuyomi.
How to play missions or story mode in hard or super hard mode?
Whenever I play then missions start automatically in NORMAL mode...
Press triangle in extra missions to select difficulty. Same in Ultimate road.

how can i level up fast?
Go to Extra Mission and play the Mount Myoboku stage. Kill as many Naruto clones there as you like. Also, equip these cards: No. 80 Kurenai, No. 81 Asuma, No. 281 Present Card and No. 116 Shadow Clone Training. Just make sure you mastered those cards so you can equip it to any character you want to level up. The Present Card only activates during team fight bonus so you can look for stages that allow team fights.

Too slow, only pains were killed quickly. My record is 5 min 49 sec with Sasuke (Black Costume). Also, I would choose another card set.
If I used Tsukuyomi in the first phase to kill the mobs, I could have cleared this in around 6 mins. I chose to use almost all of his moves so the video will not look too repetitive. On the third phase VS Sasuke and Naruto, I can chain Tsukuyomi to kill both faster, but it was tricky. I never said it's the fastest clear just to brag, but the word "too slow" is a bit harsh. You won't be getting an S ranking clear if it's too slow. You could have said "quite slow compared to my record," and it's justifiable. And the cards I chose work fine for me.
