1:02 He wasn't scrapped. I saw many people assuming he was the original 500k visits skin. He wasn't. He was there for the devs' birthday or the game's birthday. It was called a one-day birthday event. There is one deleted (I think) video with him in it.
Edit: it was called birthday one day event
