I recommend all artists listen/read the book 50th law! It’s everything and more that was stated in this video. FIGHT THE RESISTANCE WITHIN. LIVE A LIFE OF FULFILLMENT.

Rap is dead. People Listen to Ass music now. Real bars aren’t listened to by the next generation. They want to hear mumble gibberish with a hard 808. Proof , Check 80% of Cole Bennetts Music videos with new artists. Not joking some the shit Cole been putting out is some music I would make as a joke and never drop.

Each generation has their own problem to solve. In the Information Age wisdom in music is no longer cherished. And it’s a shame. That shit still fire to me, just could to be channeled into something greater

You are right. But a lot of these "mumble" artists, and even Bennett, have a creative vision. But I do agree, what we define as Rap nowadays is not Rap at all. We need a new word to define this new genre of ass.

I mean, there have always been rappers who don’t say the most. Ol dirty Bastard. People want to have fun. Life is intense. Some use art to escape, some use art to dial into reality. Both are fine because we are all unique humans who need to feel understood.
