I just got mine but I’m struggling with head pain from the pressure from the wire. Going to try with a bigger wire 😅
Try a bigger wire, the wire doesn't need to be tight for it to stay on, the weight of your hair on top of the wire is what secures it. Hope that helps

What color is the halo you’re using?
Hi! I got mine about a month ago & didn't get a rat tail comb. Got a different pearl-esque comb...? It doesn't work for pulling the hair away from the wire. It's fine I can go buy one just wanted yall to know ;) Also really struggling with the texture difference. My hair is super fine & smooth & the extensions tend to get fuzzy fast. I spend a lot of time adding dry shampoo & texturizing to my own hair throughout the day. I'm also really struggling with the weft bunching... I'm pretty sure I just need to keep trying to find the perfect size that fits on the first loop... like you mentioned. Frustrations aside I've never felt prettier & my mermaid dreams are coming true! Almost there!

My halo didn’t have anything for the Velcro clips to attach too. Do you mean the lace? Mine is just lace.

Can you show different styles can do? Only thing I hate about mine is wear it b sits on sides of my head feel like I can't tuck my hair behind my ears because it gets in the way.

@@SittingPretty yeah I just don't like it so low wish it sat higher up when I tuck my hair behind my ear it sticks out funny. Just wish sat higher..I've had it adjusted 3 times so I don't know what would help

Just received my halo. Is it possible that my hair is too thin for a halo? Also, I have normal size head (21,5 inches), but I had to use the XXL nylon wire. Which is almost still too small. Could there be a mix up? Very strange.

Have received my order. No comb, no stretchy wire, no instructions. There's just a QR code inside the box (i assume to replace an instruction booklet) but it leads to an inactive page on your website. Quite disappointing for such an investment.
