My FIL was a sheriff in Napa Co. when the Zodiac murdered a couple at Lake Berryessa. He worked under Ken Narlow when he was the police chief. Actually one person was killed and I believe one survived.
Great job! It's not often that I will watch/listen to something involving these names and faces because... Well, while studying for my criminal behavioral degree via TH-cam, the "serial killer starter pack" can get a bit repetitive. This is really interesting, though, and I'll be watching every single upload of yours asap!

i always wounder what would happen if all these people were in the same room. what would thay make of each other, or how would thay get on...? if none of them were known would thay sence there murderious ways in each other...?

I hate that I recognize the serial killer voices u use in ur intro a bit, but also proud? Serial killers could be a college course nowadays.
I think there's probably 100 plus serial killers in America at any given time. At least 2 plus in every state. That being said, most never get caught, or arrested for other crimes.
That's scary to think about. I just dead-bolted my doors.
The Missouri Cannibals were caught recently. I have seen interviews where long haul truckers are notorious for being serial killers. Disclaimer: Some, Not all. Truckers are not usually subjected to background checks leaving this open for serious offenders to do WHAT THEY DO. They travel the country raping and murdering women on the margins of society. They trade these women amongst themselves, holding them captive until they are bored then passing them on to the next monster. Other truckers have given interviews giving initials of these serial killers. These are the known ones. Thinking of the ones unknown is damn scary.
I love that you give the zeitgeist so-to-speak of the killers. First of all, theres a huge difference between “spree” and “serial” killer. I’ve got a lot to say lol. The “serial killer types” annoyed me a bit cuz “visionary” isnt a great definition for some of these guys and i’d definitely rearrange it a bit. Theres power, derangement, hallucinatory, and sadistic. I agree that all killers have some form of mental or behavioral issues. Plus a lot of these categories intertwine like sadistic + delusional and sadistic + power, etc.

@@SerialKilling I thought it must be that. Not much is known about Warren Leslie Forrest. A couple of his poor victims in 1974 were thought to be the work of Ted Bundy as he was operating around southern Washington and Bundy, as we know, ranged even further than that in 1974 when he was in Seattle. Down to Corvallis, Oregon.
