It’s a blinding flash, I’ve experienced it many times, sometimes it’s almost frighteningly powerful, I believe it’s the Pineal Gland activating, related to the Ajna chakra.

Yes ...it is believed that among high simple saints , kundali raises itself without people even knowing about it ...
