7:30 since when does servant falcracia bind? it puts into soul not bind, unless im missing something?

the g3 that he soul charges activates its skills when he put it to the soul. The g3's skill activates when u put it to soul by card's ability which in this case the servant, then it would be bound to bind zone face down.
