There are 95% people in world who only wants to talk they don't want to listen people's problem, and only 5% people who listens who understand people's problem.
And i think those 5% people doesn't even exists in this life.

Prejudices and the fear of competing are usual features in organisations. It is not the skills and competence win the race but the connections.
Employees like her deserve to be an employee only. Why didn't she leave the company where she has no self respect?
This happens everywhere. In every company n all. So taking a stand is important but yeah if they don't listen resigning is the best option. Because they just wanna save themselves from this thing. But what i believe is let them do their karma. And let us do our best karma. One day time will make them realise.
