If you are doing job, you should be humble with everyone you are working on bigg position doesn't means that you should underestimate someone, this is the problem that no one wants to understand, listen to someone, only wants to talk and do allegations on someone. There are 95% people in world who only wants to talk they don't want to listen people's problem, and only 5% people who listens who understand people's problem.
This happens everywhere. In every company n all. So taking a stand is important but yeah if they don't listen resigning is the best option. Because they just wanna save themselves from this thing. But what i believe is let them do their karma. And let us do our best karma. One day time will make them realise.
Sometimes even employees helpful with Bosses 😃 helpful powers... you cannot simply go away and get whatever you want.....once u get fixed for a job it's good and well forget anything anywhere anymore anytime to become something better than your Bosses 😃 around you..... We have to live lifelong from our own helpful minds learning to be what We started 😜 always.... socially once We are known what we are there is no longer any other respects no one can change your position in the purposes of family living and you will be always be criticized for what you were everywhere you are seen everlasting 😘😘 in the society you have worked
