Not only is this music peaceful, serene and simply beautiful, it calms, heals and allows the mind to rest and reset. The hard part is it overwhelms me with emotion that makes me smile, but cry as well. I see the latter as a good thing as this is power of such music that it evokes the expression of said emotion which is sometimes surpressed and needs to be released.
