Hi Bunny! I’m not sure what your current process is for donations but if I may suggest, a women’s shelter would absolutely adore these items! Having decor to make temporary homes feel more home-y for them and their children, the crafts would also be great things for the kids that most people wouldn’t think to donate!
I love that you get these boxes and donate the majority of the items. It's wonderful that both you and Melissa donate the craft kits to organizations that work specifically with children. Thank you for your generosity and your kindness. 🤗⭐☃️🎄🎅🏼🤶🎄☃️⭐🤗
After watching this video, I went out to my Michael's and I bought 6 boxes!! LOL! I got a lot of those Unicorn picks, sequins, the BOO sign, and many Halloween kits. I also got a lot of cool Halloween Signs. Since I bought 6 boxes at $10 each, the value was almost $2000!! I am going to be donating a lot of the items. Love that you inspired me to buy these boxes.
I've seen the boxes in my Michaels before but was always too chicken to buy one thinking it wouldn't be worth it. After watching her video I'm more curious than ever and now want to go buy one and see what all I get. I'm def going to buy one after Halloween this year. I'll take ALL the Boo stuff! That's what my husband and I call each other so I always hit the after Halloween sales to buy boo decore lol. I've bought a door mat that lights up cheap, another one that's just plain boo for cheap, a cute boo sign for super cheap among many other smaller things. Fingers crossed they'll have more cute Halloween decore in these boxes later this year!
Bunny with her “dirtbags” had me literally LOL-ing 😂😂😂😂😂 is vase filler.. you can poke fake flowers or even makeup brushes into it I think. But I seriously like “dirtbag” better 😂😂😂😂
family shelters, at least locally, really like kids kits. Kids need stuff to keep they busy, and the kits for the most part have everything they need to do the project. The kids can pick out a kit to do, and they don't seem to care about the holiday theme.
The mystery boxes are made just to get rid of "end of the season" items that cannot go beyond 70-90% off items so they can make room for the newer seasonal items. It would definitely be beneficial to put some of the everyday clearance items in there, especially this year because a lot of the departments had resets this year to bring in new items for the holiday season, but the grab bag boxes are solely for season items.
I've gotten all kinds of items in my grab boxes when I lived in Georgia, North Carolina and in Oklahoma, I haven't gotten any in Florida yet, so I don't know about it yet. I normally buy 10 or so boxes every time they come out.
@@sierrasnell2365 I wish our store did this! After the resets we had to do this year in several departments, I would have enjoyed some of those clearance items going into the boxes!
I’m super excited to see if my local Michaels has any of these. The blue sequin packs would be awesome to make a mermaid shirt out of! Thanks for being you Bunny!
Also, the "bags of dirt" are decorative filler for plants and vases. We had SO many of these at my work that would accidentally get sliced open and would spill onto the shelves and the floors. They definitely just wanted to get rid of as many of those bags as possible. I don't blame them! Haha!
@@kellenmorris9051 Hmm, unfortunately it is somewhat hard to tell when they will put out the Christmas boxes, or any of the seasonal boxes. Just note that once the items hit 80-90% off, they will soon be put into grab bag boxes. Michael’s sales cycle through every 1-2 weeks, but typically 1 week. They restart their new sales on Sunday’s or Monday’s occasionally.
I absolutely love watching these videos hoping I'll eventually be able to go get so least one box myself... I'm in love with the "Boo" plaque and the "Beware" sign and the sequins in the blue color way would be perfect for my little brother's wedding coming up in a few months... But with the kind of luck I have I wouldn't get anything useful to me lol... I bet your friends and family love it when you get things like these boxes in bet you load them up with an kinds of things with plenty left to donate!
I was at Michaels the other day and went straight for the Halloween clearance since it was 90%off. I got so much great stuff for the cheapest prices. I wish they had them trick or treat paints though. They would have been adorable to do with my boys.
What I use to do as a kid with I used colored sand is buy a cute clear jar or something with a lid and I would put a little bit of one color sand then another till it was full and just keep as a cute decoration. Mind you it was affordable craft for me as a kid. And I did love making them
Actually, the Safeway directly across the street from my apartment block does rain checks on most of their sale items. If they're out of stock when you're there, you just tell them at customer service what the product is, the sale price, and how many you want. Then you have a month to use it or lose it. Edit: I'm in Canada 🍁🇨🇦🍁
I live in Vancouver Louise and our save on Foods does rain checks. I take full advantage of them as well if they have a non-perishable and I go in and the price is good I'll get 10 rain checks and stock up. For the prices that we're paying in Canada I don't miss out on a bargain anywhere anymore. I'm so distracted by seeing the difference in the American and Canadian prices coming out of the boxes I can hardly Focus on the purpose of the video. LOL of course it's always worse at Christmas time. Stay warm and have a happy holiday.
Hannaford (a grocery store chain in New England) still does rain checks for items on sale. They’re good for like a month after the sale initially happened but hardly anyone ever actually asks for one. I’ve maybe filled out two or three in the four and a half years that I’ve worked there lol
Decorative fillers are used in vases or decorative clear glass dishes to make like table centerpieces. And the cactus you were confused at is a Sunflower, Bunny.
Those things you don't like look like dried mushrooms that has been painted. The amount of stuff you got was pretty good 💜🖤. I didn't know that they had boxes like this. Awesome
I'm in need of making a trip to Michaels for a new eyeliner brush. Even though it's likely easter and st Patrick's Day stuff I'll be trying to get one of these boxes while I'm there.
Omg 😲 did u know ur on a add for that green tea face mask it shows you with it on one side of your face and lots of black heads lol they have u advertising it 😄
That’s always the thing I would be afraid of, broken items. Because if you go through the clearance area at Michael’s a lot of the items are kinda broken/scratched up.
I can never guess the prices on these things because in Australia we get ripped off so badly LOL. You said the witch jar thing was $5 I literally guessed $12 😅
Damn, Bunny! I need to check out the Michael's down by you. I'm in the Galleria area, and I never find any bags or boxes at any of the locations around here.
Is bunny wearing bondage gear???😂. The thing about Michaels … take 40 percent off that original price. They are always 40 percent off any holiday items.
I would totally add a stem of some sort (wooden, metal) and curl some bronze colored wire and paint the "o" orange, the stem green and make it a pumpkin 👍
Those yarn needles could be useful for sewing items onto the junk jacket, Bunny! Or any other material that is very tough. Omg!!! I want to send you stuff for that jacket. What is the deadline? Hopefully I can get you the mini dinosaurs and tiny bunny I plan to send you in time. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
Those bags of dirt might make good sensory bins for any preschool or Kindergarten teacher. I know as a teacher, that I am always looking for things to put in the sensory bins at school.
Referring to why can't we have Halloween every month, I legit haven't taken down my Halloween decor and don't plan to lol. Imma just add on some spooky Xmas decor along with it 🤣🤷♀️🧡🖤

Halloween happy Halloween 🦇 happy Halloween 🦇 Becky 48
I would save all those cute craft kits for the Halloween bags. They would be a fun higher ticket surprise for a few of the bags.
I was just thinking the same just do a few bags for the smaller kids my granddaughter would have loved that when she was wee
Every time she said jars of dirt I went insane lol. Bags of dirt honey 😂 I love Bunny so much she’s the absolute best 😂
Captain Jacks jar of dirt 😜
It's a dirt bag.. Lol clearly

23:14 Turn it around and make a shadow box with it. That was my first thought. you can keep it open or seal it up with plexi or glass.
Lots of those craft kits would be wicked to hand out on Halloween 🎃
I was thinking the same thing she could hand them out in our goodie bags and buckets!

Loved the weird flowers that are pitcher plants they drown insects and digest the bodies

I want to make earrings out of them.

@@elizabethhawkins1679 thanks so much! I really appreciate it
They’re the worst to deal with when stocking. For some reason our store always seemed to have so many boxes of it 🙈

I was actually able to get one of these!! Mine was mostly floral, ribbon, and fabric, which I was very happy with :)
Love your blue eyes
And how excited you get at some of the items.
Yes Bunny rain check still exist like in supermarket when they dont have the advertised items😁
These are the best Michaels sale boxes you’ve opened! (Besides all the dirt and broken items) I guess it’s best to buy them after a big holiday lol
You could put the dirt in something and 'plant' all the succulents and floral pieces. LOL Maybe even a few sequins.
Your videos are my favourite thing on TH-cam. Love you Bunny
25:14 those are pitcher plants, they are carnivorous :)
The plant at 24:15 is a pitcher plant. Its carnivorous. And beautiful!

The apple/ribbon sign is to put on top of a window or doorway frame. Not really to hang. Such fun stuff!❤🎉
Last Halloween box I got a lot of Wilton and wedding stuff. I have also gotten Lego bracelet kits.

What is the garness belt thing your wearing? Just for fun?

The dirt you could make sand art in a jar or sand painting by putting white glue on a surface and spread the dirt on the glue.
This is fun! I might check out my Michael's, but wait till after Christmas. I want Christmas stuff. :)
That beware sign is awesome.
You made the shirt a tank! Nice!

A grab bag with 5 dirt bags, sounds like the dating prospects in my small town...
Our Michael’s store hasn’t done these in years! 😞 I miss them!
I agree with some of the other people that you should keep the craft kits and hand them out to trick or treaters. Especially kids with food allergies!
