Hey everyone! WELCOME!! My name is Alyssa Yaramus and I am 22 years old! I am starting nursing school in fall of 2020 and would love to have you guys follow along my journey! Arggg! I am so nervous for Nursing school! I am taking my pre-reqs right now but I am so scared for actual program !!!
What are pre-reqs? I’m looking into doing nursing but I’m still confused by a lot of things haha
I had very similar frustrations trying to get all my vaccine and health stuff situated for clinical too. My doctor’s office was very slow in sending over things to my school and I had to hound them probably at least 10 times. You’re not alone!!
I’m glad I’m not alone! I just wish none of us had to deal with this extra stress on top of school 😕

That’s so infuriating at the doctors! How annoying! I would refuse to leave until I got the paperwork. I’d also switch clinic if I could. How careless! We have General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) here in Europe and losing someone’s forms of any kind or medical paperwork would be a massive violation. It could get places shut down. The US does have an equivalent of this yet. They should. What a headache!
It really was! I couldn’t believe no one even said anything! Im not mad they lost it I’m mad they waited so long to tell me & then charted that they gave it to me!!

omg that story I would be fuming you already got a lot on your plate and the audicity .. that's mean.. no wonder I dislike going to doctor's office.. I went for my clinical shots and the lady stabbed me so hard.. I bruised for like abt a wk.. I complained to everyone abt that experience
Omg thats terrible!!! I had a reaction to mine & my arm where the injection went was red and swollen for a week 😭
Girlllll, tell me why I had the same trouble with my vaccines and all of that with my doctor. The nurses and front desk where rude af. I waited 4 hrs to get a single vaccine, they went to lunch and everything. I’m like...is this normal? Then when they call me in they’re giving me attitude. Like wtf. I just want my vaccines and that’s it I’m not here for no drama 😂
Dude yes!!! I didn’t have to wait that long but literally everyone was giving me attitude!! I was like idk what kind of business you’re running but this is INSANE 🙄🙄
