Here's an idea for a mod:
Armored utility jumpsuit. You take the cc vault utility jumpsuit and put leather armor assets on it to make it resemble the fallout 3 vault suit.

If im not mistaken, cant you wear leather armor over most outfits in Fallout 4?

Well this mod is actually part of fallout New Austin, a Game sized mod. We will be working exclusively on New Austin until it's completion.
