Bro you have no idea how the sleepover thing works. All i had to do was to tell my best friend to ask my parents if i could sleep over and that was that. They denied it once. They let it through every other time. It was amazing.
I was never certainly afraid of the dark as a kid since I felt comforted being surrounded by darkness at any hour of the day. I remember my mom being awake and scared hearing our door open, thinking there's a creeper inside the apartment. But it's just me coming back inside from my midnight strolls around the entire square of the apartment complex. Being so angrily confused at her worrying about me, giving a lecture why kids don't do stuff like this. I was only doing it for my love for nighttime and all things dark like my sense of clothes.
And also me which happened in 2019 or 2018 or 2017 and I was scared of the shark like thing and I was so horrified of that jump scare it reminds me of me falling in the endless free fall and also in 2023 or 2022 we got in to our new house and once I sleeping I was horrified because of that thing and then I refused to go to our new home because it’s horrifying and then 2024 and it was my third time going to Canfield fair and my demonic brother forced me to ride the INFERNO it was a Swing ride and I was screaming like a eagle and then he forced me to go to the MIXER THING OF DOOM and I was so so so so dizzy and I felt like I was dying and then I wouldn’t go to all of the fairs ever again

I wasn’t truly online until 2017-2018 so i just heard it from classmates, this was also before the It remake. I remember in 2nd grade I installed a FNAF fan game and I got jumpscared once and I was so scared that I was thinking that every corner froggy would just be at the corner 😂😂😂
I use to love underwater, but ever since I played Mario 64 I now get anxiety that an eel will come swimming. Also the underwater section under bowser’s submarine in the dire dire docks level is so unsettling. The giant empty space with the rough textured walls and floors still unsettles me
Fear of the dark is so real I remember always running to my bedroom as fast as possible after turning the lights off thinking some demon was stomping towards me
0:41 I was always scared of being in a position that is just no where like you have to but your WHOLE HEAD DOWN AND LEFT LEG UP WITH TWO ARMS UP BROOOO
I remember after finding out about Herobrine when i was like 10 i watched all the scary videos on it and watched the Herobrine spawner videos. Anyway i made a spawner in a world and walked around and saw the "signs" that he's in the world (it was just rare terrain generation) and i didn't play Minecraft for a month after turning off my Xbox. i had to build up the courage to play again
5:29 This mad me remember how in my 6th grade health class my health teacher played us a video of a guy getting an eye surgery and I couldn’t unsee it for weeks
I'm 2012 I have a fear of heights, my parents would use that as a punishment up in the air, I was scared of the dark until 4th grade and I eventually got over it. I'm was scared needles until now. I also saw people getting burnt alive in the heat with sun burns in a desert because they didn't choose the right choice to get help. I never was scared of Fnaf I actually thought the jumpscares are funny. I still have nerf wars. I grew up on the gameboy advance SP Instill play on it SP super Mario world. I also have Life360
The saddest part for me watching this is realizing how I much I missed out on either because I didn’t know about certain toys or books or cartoons, or more commonly I was afraid I'd be told I wasn't allowed to have certain toys or read certain scary books or watch certain cartoons.
I won't say it was an full-on fear, but there were times where I was unsettled by being alone in a dark room. What probably helped was that my bedroom pretty much never changed, for over ten years. I got used to it after a while, and now the heebie-jeebies only settle in when its dark in a room where it feels unnatural to be dark, like a church or something.
I used to have the fear of drowning and falling. And also, i was never scared of Fnaf as a kid, lol. My older cousin used to play Fnaf infront of me everyday so much that I just got used to it.
I grew up with a really bad fear of mirrors and my dad had to take the mirrors off the wall and put it facing the wall - idk what triggered it but I’m chill now
I’m a 2012 baby but I absolutely love gen z things especially the wii which I have, it’s so fun to use, I even had a ds which I would play everytime when I got it. There are no more words for the gen z generation.
First thing I remember scaring me was the "It is now safe to turn off your computer" screen when you shut down one of the old Windows machines (it was a ME machine), and to this day I have no idea why 4 year old me was so scared lmao
I used to be afraid of the dark as a kid, but now I kinda fw the dark. I used to also be afraid of Mushrooms.. I STILL AM!! We have most of the same fears 😭🙏 I used to LOVE doing the Animal Run (Up the stairs)

I remember in 2nd grade I installed a FNAF fan game and I got jumpscared once and I was so scared that I was thinking that every corner froggy would just be at the corner 😂😂😂
3:37 bro those dam animatronics caught me lacking so many times growing up
I use to love underwater, but ever since I played Mario 64 I now get anxiety that an eel will come swimming.
Also the underwater section under bowser’s submarine in the dire dire docks level is so unsettling. The giant empty space with the rough textured walls and floors still unsettles me
OH MY GOD THE SPIRIT HALLOWEEN ONE YOU ARE SO REAL FOR THAT WHENEVER I USED TO GO IN I WOULD BE HORRIFIED (but now it’s chill)
Yours single handedly getting me through school with this relatable compilation, props :)
Two of my friends are afraid of going down Esclaveaters
I really love the relationship you have with ur brother it seems so nice and cool
"I'm not afraid of anything!"
My closet in the dark 🔫💀
14:43 this caught me off guard and im dying😭😭
I have a lot of nostalgia for the Windows 7 bubble screensaver
I won't say it was an full-on fear, but there were times where I was unsettled by being alone in a dark room.
What probably helped was that my bedroom pretty much never changed, for over ten years. I got used to it after a while, and now the heebie-jeebies only settle in when its dark in a room where it feels unnatural to be dark, like a church or something.
Bro the 🕊️and🐝s talk is so real like my school did the 🕊️and🐝s talk 3 YEARS IN A ROW so I had to watch it in 4th,5th and 6th😭👍
15:09 “I was out here living on Recruit Difficulty.”
“Mission Failed, we’ll get em’ next time.”
I used to have the fear of drowning and falling. And also, i was never scared of Fnaf as a kid, lol. My older cousin used to play Fnaf infront of me everyday so much that I just got used to it.
I grew up with a really bad fear of mirrors and my dad had to take the mirrors off the wall and put it facing the wall - idk what triggered it but I’m chill now
8:03 lmao me too I would just imagine foxy and bonnie in my doorway waiting until I fell asleep to kill me brutally
WHY ARE BURDIE'S VIDEOS SO RELATEBLE!?
Birdie always so relateable
I’m a 2012 baby but I absolutely love gen z things especially the wii which I have, it’s so fun to use, I even had a ds which I would play everytime when I got it. There are no more words for the gen z generation.
First thing I remember scaring me was the "It is now safe to turn off your computer" screen when you shut down one of the old Windows machines (it was a ME machine), and to this day I have no idea why 4 year old me was so scared lmao
Courage, the cowardly dog made me completely traumatized as a kid
You’re not scared of the dark. You’re scared of what’s in it.
Watching this I realize how much inspiration Burdie took from Brewstew
I'm also afraid of mushrooms! Good Vid! BTW I watched your videos previously on spotify :D!
1:54 it is literally a primal fear, so everyone was afraid of the dark
I wasn’t scared of the dentist til I got a filling at 8 years old . To this day I am not afraid no more
Mushrooms ❌
