Well, in my opinion, the outcome will remain the same. We don't even know what Angel Jin can do with his full/maximum power. All we know is what he can do in the Tekken 8 Story mode. If we talk about Power of Nothingness Ryu, you can look up his feats. There's also another form of Ryu from the UDON Comics, which I'm not sure if it's canon or not, called Shin Ryu, where Ryu is merged with Satsui No Hado and Power Of Nothingness.

Came back after tekken 8 Extra Ending/ Alternate ending: After Ryu seemingly Obliterated jin from hadouken, Ryu now Dropped his knees to rest, but suddenly he sensed jin and looked over to see jin in his purifcation Form out of breathe and energy ryu couldnt move any longer, as jin fired his blastto ryu as ryu accepted his fate.
This fight is purely based on speculation that Kazuya was on par with Akuma and he couldnt beat him. But clearly T8 showed that Kazuya survived the end fight of T7 killing Akuma. Thus Jin is definitely more stronger than Akuma and on par with Ryu. Next battle will be different :)
It don't matter the Guy Gonna be bais and say SF wins even tho TK8 feats have way more impressive feats he still gonna choose his favorite fighting game Ryu.. so stop

With Tekken 8 Angel Jin, I still think Ryu wins just for the fact that at base power he can create craters with bare punches, shatter buildings with his hadoken and dodge bullets at point blank range. All in base form. He mastered the power of nothingness far longer than Jin mastered angel form, so that experience gives him more control and a bigger advantage. He's capable of fighting people like Jin, fighting Asura and Marvel characters as well as the Smash roster.
Jin didn't "survive", he deflected the ball and even then, the ball didn't destroy a continent nor was shown to be capable of that power. It is island level at best going by the scaling of both characters to the ball itself.

You could argue that this isn’t canon however Azazel himself was said to be strong enough to destroy the planet and Jin one shotted him in base. Ryu has never fought anything like what Jin has faced. If Devil Jin is this powerful then there’s no way that Angel Jin isn’t as strong if not stronger.
