Unlike most Jamstack applications, hosting a Django app for free can be difficult due to the DB bottleneck as it doesn't integrate well with NoSQL Database which are serverless offerings in most free tier services. SQL DBs still have a ways to go in terms of being offered for free just as frequently, but here are 10 free services that provide a SQL database (mostly) no strings attached.

Yea, as I said in the video. These free db deals don’t usually last long. Neon probably got enough traction from the vercel deal that they felt they could reduce the free tier
