- This was an old PBS Kids flash game where Ruff was sick and he couldn't afford to face the music of his germs that built his sickness. So it was up to the PBS Kids players to solve the situation by taking down and infecting the enemies of Ruff's sickness. Thanks to Charles Bazile for commenting this request.

this game brings me SO much nostalgia. Thanks for preserving this!
You know, I used to be terrified of this game when I was younger. In general, I was scared of the concept of someone becoming microscopic and put inside another's body, having to deal with all the inner workings at much higher stakes, and I thought it was something similar. Having never played the game back then, I imagined it being more like a stealth/maze-like game where Ruff Ruffman accidentally got shrunk and was somewhere inside Chet, needing to escape without any germs seeing him to avoid possible infection or be seen as food and risk his own demise.
On a lighter note, I did misinterpret his tissue as a toothpaste bottle and his cone as a beard of bubbles in the title art.
Weeks ago or so, with a newfound appreciation for microbiological education, the memory of this game came back to me and I watched videos on it. Needless to say, I find the game to be a little charming now. I chuckle at how wrong I was in the past, and I hope that once flash emulators have all the needed files that I can play it too.

When I was younger, I thought this game would have a ending scene after you defeat Crumpet where Ruff Ruffman feels better and thanks you, but unfortunately there isn't.

I was stuck on trying to get into Trumpet's eye, until I got better at it.
Edit: I was actually stuck on actually taking her down while in the lungs.
