Nanny D's quick and tasty sausage taco plate

500g of sausage of choice
1 TBLSP of coriander
1 sachet of Taco seasoning
400g crushed tomatoes with basil and oregano ( or add 1 TBLSP of basil when adding herbs for plain crushed tomatoes)
1 can 3 bean mix
2 TBLSP of chipotle sauce
2 TBLSP of Hickory brown sugar sauce ( bbq optional)
2 TBLSP of oil to fry
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of cooked sweet corn
Sour cream 5 TBLSP
chips or crackers of choice to serve
