I will pick the TCL C61B over both the LG and Sony models you stated brother. Reason being, the TCL is brighter, ahs Dolby Vision, is better at gaming and even sounds much better.

@@prabhakarand4806 Issues in some units can happen in any Tv model brother. If you log into LG's website, you will have customers complaining about their units having issues. Also, always filter for the specific model while you are reading comments as most comments may not even be for the specific model but for all models. If you are in Tier 1 and 2 cities, then you should be good as far as after sales support goes.
@@prabhakarand4806 @babitsingh I purchased lg 55inch ut80506 and facing a light spot issue on the border and the company technician is not providing any solution to it. Also it shows lag sometimes, and even I have to switch off my TV while using the Airtel Extreme app and the magic remote power button doesn't respond many times.
I am getting LG UT80 st 45k for 50inch. Should I take it ?? Is it a good option to go for.. I am looking for a good TV which would last long and partial gaming with good sound. Plz suggest.
If you are into gaming, then I would recommend you look at the 55 inch Hisense Q7N instead brother.

X82L does have more HDR standards still and is the better TV of the two. But the LG UT8040 does sound better due to the Update program. But if I had to choose one I'd probably still side with the X82L brother. Plz note I have a plethora of devices so Google TV OS or updates are of no importance to me.

Sony Bravia 2 or LG UT80 for 55 inch , which one is better?
If you need Google Tv OS, go with the Bravia 2 otherwise you can go with the LG UT80 as it also benefits from the 5 year OS upgrade program.

In Flipkart I got ur 7500 for 36k so I ordered that. After ordering I also saw VU gloled in display and thought they looked better and brighter but somehow felt lg picture quality was more sharp. What do you think? It's gloled better than lg ur 7500? Is it reliable too?

I am planning to buy a 65inch UHD tv and have selected down to 2models. Samsung DU8300 and LG UT80.
- I have always liked samsung colour science. I compared both tv in offline store side by side and liked the samsung one.
- Sound is not a priority for me as i will be using a SoundBar.
- Viewing angle is also not a major drawback because my tv unit and sofa are placed at such an angle that they don't loose out much.
- The deal i am getting is both model around 65k.
So, does it make sense to go with Samsung one?
Yes, you can go with the DU8300 brother. LG has one major benefit which is the 5 year OS upgrade program but apart from that it a pretty even battle in terms of features.

I went to chroma there was lg tv 55ut8050 which is different from 55ut8040 available in normal market
And the difference was with more brightness and Dolby digital which is available in ut8050

TOSHIBA M650 55 inch TV OR TCL c61b 55 inch TV which one is better for content viewing, both are around the same price with discount also getting 4k fire tv with toshiba?
On paper Toshiba is the better TV for content but some units have reported HDR performance issues, even some TH-camrs have covered this. TCL C61B could be a safer bet in that case brother.

It depends on the size and requirement brother. If you need better viewing angles go with the LG, the Samsung comes with a VA panel and has better contrast but loses out on the viewing angles. Q60D is better than the DU8300.

Below are the things I do in TV
1. Watch OTTs with family ( thus I think IPS panel). I want best colors and light.
2. Rarely xbox ( I play tennis or cricket)
3. I am about to buy Sony 40R surrounding system and I want dolby and surrounding sound.
4. Should be able to see the scenes that are captured at night like low like thing.
5. I started with max budget 50000, but if there is something good with a bit of extra money I am think of it.
6. Preferred brands, LG or SAMSUNG or SONY(But I heared the body parts in sony aren't made by sony)
You can go with either the Samsung DUE77 or the LG UT80 seris brother. But plz note both these TV's do not have Dolby Vision. Samsung does have HDR10+ support.

Its an IPS panel and you can get the UT8040 in 43 inch brother. Or get the Mi X Pro QLED as its more value for money then the LG or Sony TV's.

CUE70 is a good model brother. You can go with it if the deal is good. The benefit that you get with LG is the 5 Year OS upgrade program.

Its a good deal at that price for a 65 inch model. But you also have TV's like the TCL c61B and P71B pro in that budget range which are comparatively better.

They are both IPS panel but teir 50 inch variant is a VA panel. You can take any of them.

Its an IPS panel, and IPS panels always have lesser contrast ratios than VA panels. Its nothing to worry about.

UT80 has better upscaling and HDR performance and its better than the UR7500 by quite a lot.

I am not sure what he means by Liquid Display panel. If you are looking at buying the UT80 Series, you can brother. Its going to be a good buy.

@@vinayaknewrekar3877 50 inch is a VA panel, he must have gently pressed against it, VA panels show a slight response when tapped or pressed against, which does not happen in IPS panels. I mean "Kuch bhi" from the sales guy. :)
Most sales people have little product knowledge, i left croma this time, same happened in vijay sales. On second visit to croma , with researched input and a good sales person, i decided to buy UT80506LA in a5 minutes its now at home and no regrets

Hello brother, could you kindly suggest me a TV Model. My living room dimensions are 4x5 mtrs with viewing distance approximately around 3 mtrs. I am considering buying a 50-55" LED TV , preferably LG. Most of my content would be sports while my Wife watches lots of Netflix and Other OTT shows. Our budget is around 45k. I have gone through many models in real and haven't found any marginal advantages of Dolby vision or audio as most TVs comes with different modes and audio EQs. My main dilemma is while choosing between a VA or IPS panel especially in LG models. Do you think LG 4k UHD or any UR series will suffice my need? Is there any difference between UR7500 50 or 55" models? Please help.
50 inch is a VA panel in LG UR series brother. 55 inch is IPS. You should be good with the LG UR7550 or the new UT80 series. In that budget you can also get the TCL C61B which is a great choice as well for your needs brother.

Hence why I am going with LG since the WebOS is much smoother. Further, in Amazon, I am not able to find the UR7550 models. It's only showing UR7500PSC models without Magic Remote ( not an issue cos it can be easily purchased later ) .

@@brokeguy5607 when you look at any reviews of any Tv, always make sure you filter to that specific model as the reviews generally appear for all models and this is actually quite misleading on Amazon’s front. The TcL has 33 GB internal storage and most of the lag issues happen in Google Tv Os with 16GB of internal storage. Nonetheless, for your use case you should be good with the UR7500 brother. Just make sure you note that the 50 inch model is VA if viewing angles are important to you, then you will want to skip the 50 inch model.

Samsung Q70 is a much better option. Its a QLED which X74 and X75 are not. Plus its brighter, its got 120hz panel and HDR performance is much better.

Its just how these models are placed brother. And the UT91 has Local Dimming.

I called LG customer support, asking detaild of tv 7500, they are unable to tell the brightness or weather its a VA or IPS. Only say its a Hard Panel. And no other info available with them.
They specifically told me that the PSC post the number as in 7500PSC means its an IPS panel except for the 50 inch models.
