Multipress MasterFlex GL Flexographic CI Printing Press engineered and designed for Short-to-Medium Runs. Features fast job chance technology with sleeve system on anilox and cliche', plus electronic controls for setting register and printing pressures while the machine is stopped.
Fast Press Set-Up Technology: Technology that combines the use of Sleeves on the anilox and cliche, ink supply system with a container and integrated pump, electronic movement of the printing groups with memory for pre-settings and an electronic system for pre-register while the machine is stopped.
The combination of these elements allows quick changes from one printing job to another and a fast printer setup with minimum material waste.
Ease of Use: A user-friendly software and main panel with 19" touch screen provide a simplified graphical interface.
Additionally, the operator has a remote control that is a second interface complete with all functions, which enables the operator to have total movement around the machine during production for making all kinds of adjustments directly from the inspection point resulting in reduced correction time and waste.
Simplified Logistics: The modular and compact architecture of Multipress equipment allows us to carry out the dispatch and transport in a simplified way, without requiring the reassembly of the machine at the installation point. Logistics costs are therefore reduced to the minimum for packing, ocean transportation, insurance and delivery to the customer's location.
It also allows for faster installation, training, and start-up of the machine for production once it reaches the installation point. Depending on the model of the equipment, our technical specialists are able to finish the installation and begin operator training in approximately 48 hours from the arrival at the customer's facility.
