On PC maybe it can be achieved, but I also see Delta's run and he didn't make any mistakes. Also, you can turn 360° so fast with a keybord. You should ask him to at least upload last 5 kills of that run. If he's not cheating, he will.
It's the same thing for me, when I got 915k on PA I could have said "I don't want people to get a score like this, I won't upload the video" it has no sense. I will talk to him to see if he will upload something.
